Tacoma Without A Truck Bed || Part 2

  • Probably the very last time this Tacoma ever has a truck bed again! Things are definitely getting more serious and there's no going back now. From this point on it's 100% unknown territory. There is no precedent for what we are about to undertake and nothing quite like it exists. At least, nothing on a rear long-travel, double cab, 2nd gen Tacoma.
This is Episode 2 of the Series.

The best camper taco I ever saw was a kimbo camper shell on a shirpa flatbed.

ive got the 4 wheel camper, buddy liked it so much he got one with the flatbed concept, your going to enjoy alot more storage, and interior room in general, the 4 wheel popup allows a huge queen size bed over cab, my favorite part. 3 months is a long wait, looking forward to finished rig.

Yikes....its hard to watch your baby taken apart but....I am sure it will all be worthwhile in the end!! Badass Build coming soon!!! Cheers, B in Canada

Bittersweet for sure, but with knowing what's coming up next, it's actually very exciting to see it come apart. Each piece removed is one step closer to the end goal!

CHRISTEN HI, Your build looks like a good start. I could only wonder what it's going to look like after it's finished. Yes I care. Just maybe God will answer my prayer, but not as of now. Bye !

Very cool. I’ve always admired your build on your truck. Are you keeping your rear bumper?
