Sounded like it was just a bad coupler. An easy fix that does not need draining. Could be bad motor mounts caused the coupler to go bad common problem with over oiling. But I suppose in the long run having and ECM circulator replacement will pay off

Be careful with them wire wheels, those metal brushes come off an fling around dont want them in your eye. No safety squints, I know they suck but the safety glasses will keep that metal out.. Keep up the good content

Taco instructions in the box tell you not to remove cartridge completely out but instead just spin it around. Good video though

Might rethink grinding any old gasket material into dust. Just a thought

@@M.J.F.MECHANICALL.L.C. well breathing any dust is not ideal but old gaskets could contain asbestos. I probably wouldn't have worn a mask either so don't take it like I'm a safety freak.
