Food vendors were always a fascination for me growing up. There was that cheese guy in Stormwind with the questline too. I’ll definitely be visiting Butterhoof. 🤣💕

Most pointless vendors are probably the secret vendors you unlock during the scourge invasion. You can find letters on the invasion mobs that give you a quest via Lights Hope, that eventually leads to finding their living relatives. Who then unlocks them as vendors, they sell bread of something I think. Very convoluted and most people don't even realize what the quest did.
Also worth mentioning, because Cren didn’t, is that his name probably alluded to Gorgonzola, a cheese. So you know, solid commitment from the dragon and all that
I love the daily quest in dragonflight where I raise my own welplings because then I get to visit some npcs like Gorgonzormu to get food to the welplings.
I played WOW from before the gates of AQ all the way to end end of WoLK/Cataclym Beta burned myself out and had no excitement for Cata as a result, and a then a little of shadowlands before quitting for good and I never, not once ever noticed the Snack-o-Matic on the Zeppelins. That’s gotta be new, right?
Doesn’t it make more sense that the snackomatic vendor was added in Cata? This doesn’t seem like the type of npc, graphically, that vanilla would have. Also, in vanilla all ships and airships and vessels were empty and I think Cata had them all populated at the same time.

Well, Buying Moonberry juice in a zone you are always interacting with Lady Moonberry always gets to my top 10. There where zeppelins since Warcraft I. World of Warcraft came after Warcraft III, so the Snack O Matic IV has some reason to be so. Butterhoof Tauren female selling milk products in a Blizzard game is not such a good idea.
