    Mate two questions, you can count in STIM FREE too i train on evenings sometimes
    1) If i want to build muscle growth and mass and lose fat but not lose weight at the same time, which one is best for me?
    2) Are creatine good to combine with the one you recommend or should i skip creatine?
    My weight around 73kg/163lbs
    I want to gain weight too, 4-5 kg.
    Appreciate you bro

      I think you put this comment on another video and I answered over there. But if you're working out in the evenings, go with Stim Free. And yes, you 100% want creatine on top of Stim Free. Just pick anything that's 100% creatine monohydrate.

    So for a guy like me, 5'10" 250lbs, and therefore overweight, and trying to lose weight because I got a lot of muscle as is, I should use lean, I'm trying to lose my gut

    • @feast_good
      @feast_good  4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yes, that would be the pre-workout better aligned with your goals. But it’s important to remember that the specific pre-workout you choose is just one small piece of the puzzle. Your overall diet, training routine, and ability to consistently maintain a caloric deficit over the long term are what ultimately determine your success in losing weight. Even if you pick the worst pre-workout, you can still achieve your weight loss goals, and conversely, even if you pick the best pre-workout, you can still gain weight if other aspects of your diet and lifestyle are not in check. Pre-workout alone will not make or break your goals.

    Thank you for the video!! Please correct me if I’m wrong… if trying to gain muscle, go up in weight (at 165lb trying to go to 180lb) and strength but loose/maintain my body fat. Then bulk would be best?

    • @feast_good
      @feast_good  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, 100%. Bulk is best for that specific scenario. But just remember, more important than your pre-workout, is your overall nutrition. The pre-workout alone won't get you there.

    “Lean” type preworkouts are weird. If your diet isn’t on point, a preworkout with “thermogenics” isn’t going to do anything. Just get nutrition correct and buy a preworkout with pump, focus, and stamina ingredients APPROPRIATELY DOSED.

    I was debating between the lean and c bum thavage. I’m looking for good ingredients but at least 200 mg of caffeine l. What do you think?

    • @feast_good
      @feast_good  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      In terms of caffeine, you'll be falling a bit short on Lean at 180mg, but you're going to be getting A LOT of caffeine with CBUM at 374mg. Keep in mind that the safe upper limit for daily caffeine consumption is 400mg, so if you take CBUM, you should really avoid all other caffeine sources through the day.
      I actually don't see Transparent Labs Lean and CBUM to be comparable products. CBUM and Transparent Labs Bulk are more similar (Bulk also has 200mg of caffeine)
      Here's generally what I think about CBUM:
      -CBUM advertises itself as a 20- or 40-serving pre-workout, depending on whether you use a single or double scoop. As such, the cost per serving ranges from a very reasonable $1.25 per serving (well below the industry average) to $2.50, which would put it among some of the most expensive pre-workouts I've tested.
      -CBUM contains clinical doses for nearly all its ingredients when a 2-scoop serving is taken. A single scoop of Thavage falls just shy of clinical doses for almost every ingredient. As such, two scoops are needed to get the most benefit.
      -The formula for CBUM Thavage is designed to improve all workout aspects, including energy, strength, endurance, pump, and mental focus. However, since a 2-scoop serving is needed, it may be out of budget for some people.
      -Moral of the story: CBUM is a great product. But Transparent Labs Bulk is better value and offers very simliar clinically-dosed performance-enhancing ingredients (for 66% cheaper).

      I'd need a lot of information to give you a range, but roughly 0.5-1lb per week is considered healthy weight loss.

    • @feast_good
      @feast_good  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I'd definitely look at Transparent Labs Lean if your goal is weight loss and you're looking for an effective pre-workout. However, taking Lean won't make you lose weight on its own. You need to pair it with a high protein diet that puts you in a caloric deficit, which is the most important factor for weight loss. Reach out if you want to chat further about a diet (We offer coaching feastgood.com/coaching-services/)
