- Welcome to Multi Projects, In this video I'm gonna make a IR(infrared) sensor Module.
Infrared proximity sensor or IR sensor is a detection sensor, Detects moving object or person by emitting a beam of infrared rays .IR sensor consists on IR transmitter and receiver LEDs.
we are going to make IR sensor circuit. This circuit is dual channel you can get two output at time. In this circuit we are use fallowing components.
IR LEDs transmitter+receiver (2pairs).
LM358 ic
10k variable resistor(2)
10k resistor (2)
100 ohm resistor (4)
Blue LED (2)
some connecting wires.
veroboard.
design the circuit according to circuit diagram.

can be use on input voltage 24v???
No because the IC operating voltage is low, so don't use directly on 24 volte. Use 7805 voltage regulator.

Is that the black one are infrarade leds
yes black is infrared receiver LED and transparent is transmitter LED .
This is what I've been wanted. But I have some questions.
1. Can it power a small motor?
2. If can't, how should I?
3. If I could power a motor, Can a NOT gate ic output enough power to power a motor? I want it to work when not something ahead.
1&2.yeah you can use this module for small motor, but you need attach resistor according to your motor voltage.

How to connect led at output??
there are 2 outputs (pin#1 and pin#7). connect positive side of led with output pin and ground with 100ohm resistor.
