Most of the private buses violates every laws. Over loading, over speeding and other traffic rules. Government is tolerating because they got a large amount of income from private buses as tax.
We can't say this as skill..this is negligence to follow traffic rules and the driver may forgot that he driving a passenger vehicle.. that driver should get slapping by passengers
