1970കളുടെ അവസാനം കണ്ണൂർ തൃക്കരിപ്പൂർ റൂട്ടിൽ ഓടിയ TTC ബസ്സിന്റെ ഡ്രൈവർ ആയിരുന്നു എന്റെ ഉപ്പ. കുട്ടിക്കാലത് ഞാനും അതിൽ കയറിയത് ഓർക്കുന്നു. ഉപ്പ ഇപ്പോൾ 78 വയസ്സിലും സ്വന്തം ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്ക് കാർ ഓടിക്കുന്നു. എന്നെ ഇപ്പോഴും TTC എന്ന് വിളിക്കുന്നവർ നാട്ടിലുണ്ട്.

According to me KL 13 G Kazhinya oru busum Golden Era il ulpeduthaan paadilla.
Adhe pole "pandetha" Busil thuni vacha windows and shutter windows aanu padhivu so Glass windows and single front glass buses belong to modern generation.
Old buses starts mostly from KRN to KL 13 A, B, C, D, E, F, G.
Bus Model :
Either 2 separate front glass like lorry or
Single glass split using a center wood
mostly limited stop buses alone have "shutter" windows.
I have never seen a glass window bus during that time even in kannur to kozhikode route.
The only glass windows available at that time were that of full square covering 2 push back seats. "Golden Travels", "Prasad Travels".
