So I guess the provider was just a malfunctioning John Elway animatronic statue that was on a timer and when it started up it would give off sparks and eventually electrocute anyone standing too close. So they took that as an angry provider demanding sacrifice.
I remember this technically was the first South Park episode I ever watched, except it was with my dad and stepmom when they were flipping channels, let’s just say that was the moment they realized I wouldn’t be allowed to watch this as a kid.
