Maam if the 0 of the CSR is at the opposite of Base Line, like the coinciding division is 50. So maam what type of error should I take, will it be Positive or Negative ?

mam can you tell me that what is meaning of that case in which we say that the 0 of the reference line is barely visible to see.please explain this as that has come in jee main 2016.

What will be the zero error when coinciding division is 32 of circular scale ?
below the reference line, then Zero error will be +32 x 0.01mm
above the reference line, then zero erroe will be -32 x 0.01mm

What if the the coinciding circular scale division is at exactly 50? As it is exactly in the middle, is it positive or negative 0 error?
After finding mean diameter, do we have to add ,or subtract the errors??
formula = mean value - zero error with sign.
or to make it simple if ur error is negative add it to ur mean value
and id it's positive subtract it from ur mean value

No we can't cause the line of circular scale crossed the line 0 or 100 so you have to find difference
