Sorry ki aapko nahi le jaya gaya. But apko ek personal experience btata hu. Ek teacher ko limited time milta hai, aur usme bhi school bhut interfare krta hai. Kabhi kuch function, kabhi kuch. Jab tak bachcho ko smjh aane lagta hai, tab tak exams aajaate hai. Exam conduct krwana, with gaps, matlab full month gone.
Aur students ko vacations bhi deni hoti hai. Aaye din kuch na kuch holidays and festivals.
Toh fir us limited time me, ek teacher ya to class le skta hai, ya practical.
Although a "good teacher" might try his best, but there are always limitations.
Hopefully you understand.
