No. But more and more parts on the net, like ebay, are counterfeit. Junk. I buy all my parts now through the dealer parts counter. Some have an online presence and will ship directly. "OE" parts outside of that are almost certainly counterfeit. Use your VIN # and call the dealer. It is worth any extra cost.
Excellent DIY, a few questions: did you cut the old wire to get the box wrench on there or run it through the unplugged end? Also, are the replacement O2 sensors all the same for #1, 2, 3 or specific to each position? Thanks!
The sensors are specific to position. They have different length wires. You can cut the old wires if you want, but I saved it just in case. But the new sensor has been working well and fixed my intermittent code.

Are both downstream sensors the same Bank1 sensor 2 Bank 1 sensor 3 ?
Yes. Four cylinder engine is: All Bank 1, Sensor 1-3. On a V-6 there are: Bank 1 and Bank 2, Sensor 1-3.
