@@Dzordzikk thanks! Yes I ran it stock out the box and upgraded the propeller. I ran it to see where it’s at . I have since lowered the trim tabs and will soon find time to film 💪
My NEW 48 Super Sonic takes on a lot of water. I did a tank test and found out the LEDS are letting water in. I removed the LENS covers and sealed them with plumbers caulk. No more leaks. Does your LEDS lights leak? Please let me know. Thank you Sir.
Try turning the trim tabs down more you don’t need to replace them. You will still need to adjust the new ones down. The bigger the tab the bigger the drag. 👍🙂
@@dogdronesearchdd3782 for sure. Right now I have moved the batteries forward. Keeping the same trim adjustments I was able to keep her down. Will record a video soon.
I beg you to return those packs and get the green label 4s 9500 SMC packs for 89.95 each and they will blow these out the water. I Promise you. You won't be dissapointed.
@@SkyRCFanatic don’t be so bent on the HV. They typically have to lower the c rating to get the HV capacity. i’ve tried all of these packs I know all of the manufacturers games with their ratings. There’s nothing more powerful for that boat than those green 9500s from SMC. You can buy the China Hobby line which I have already done and my green label SMC’s are still faster by about 3 mph and still perform way better
I'm just letting you know I do not use reverse at all because you could mess up your flex shaft and another thing you can charge those lipos at 10 amps and it won't hurt your lipos I'm just letting you know what I have learned about these RC boats
👍 Thanks for sharing !
Why you start to make a tunning without correct set of your trim on boat instead as first step? Boat must go strait without jumping from watter ...

If your considering trying different tabs. Honestly go longer. As 2 1/2 to 3in long tab. You should see a big difference
He'll yea! New Sub!

@@Rcenthusiast90 I agree. Now CNHL has HI voltage lipos which I am dying to try. Will get you about 3k more RPM on that prop.

@@PhilipLansdown I appreciate it. Thank you for the advice.
With reverse it pushes Al the grease out the shaft.
@@dvh8543 💯 %. I use it for emergencies to back out in a Cynch. It is imperative you grease the strut by backing out that screw after every run.
