Why did you cut the Righteous Brothers’ ’ performance? They also sang Little Latin Lupe Lu and My Babe as a medley, right before Lovin’ Felling. So disappointing!
Unfortunately, a lot of classic TV shows from the 1960s/70s get parts cut out. If it's an official DVD release of a variety show, music rights are usually too expensive to include. Also, if it's a retro network (i.e. ME TV, Get TV, etc.), parts are eliminated due to more advertising on today's TV verses 50 years ago. This episode shows just over 43 minutes; the original airing was about 52 minutes of the show.
@@LaurelT1948 This is from an official DVD release. The DVD set was so disappointing as most of Cher’s solo performances were cut out also which I don’t understand as a lot of her songs were from the 1930’ and 1940’s . I would never take it upon myself to personally alter a show. Thanks for watching.
