@@blockwithaglock96 Yes. I am closer to the outback bush area. There are a lot of wineries, and dryland farming, so there are spiders. They are good for the flies and other bugs that they eat. Yes they can get rather big. I was born in Oz, and have lived here for over 60yrs, spiders become second nature. Part of life like the snakes. All just part of our culture.

I love all of the old gw rule books they had so much charm and character and the artwork in them are so amazing! I'm glad that I own all three rogue trader space orc rule books i always look through them for inspiration, I wish gw cared enough to make rule books in that style again but that would never happen

I'm here for the journey in your videos much more than the result, but I think that's also something you make uniquely pleasant and interesting, because we get to get a glimpse of how you approach ideas and problems. There's many other channels where I often just jump to the reveal at the end, because they make the videos only about the result.

Great work. As someone old enough to have enjoyed the Rogue Trader aesthetic first time around as a kid, I couldn't agree with you more. Ian Miller and John Blanche just simply "are" Warhammer Gothic Grim Dark and Miller's work in Fighting Fanstasy books were a big part of my childhood.

feels like you would deeply enjoy Forbidden Psalm, Miscast! A wargame all about making a mish-mash of characters to fill out your squadron, with random tables that encourage kitbashing models.

The big Thraka-looking pig you showed just before the two-minute mark is a model from Old School Miniatures, sculpted by Jaycee Fairclough, and I think the ape-cyborg model is too. If you like weird, gnarly miniatures you can't go wrong with them!

I love the story of Tuska Daemon Killer. Somehow made it to Khornes daemon world and fought his daemons so well that he respawns them everyday to fight again
I remember seeing a video of ebay miniature rescues recently and seeing you in the background as he discussed golden demon award painting, awesome to see a lil crossover hidden there.
I help out with OSM and it is awesome to see some wasteman minis getting converted to chaos orks, I hope we get to see the warband finished, chaos orks are one of my favourite niches of the hobby.
Realm of chaos did so much to make chaos CHAOTIC Instead of just being Marines with spikes or just extra emo vikings Wanna buy the books and Trent you're a huge inspiration for me to want to get weird and fun with the hobby thank you!

CHaos Orks are fun. For me, I'm painting my Ourruk Warclans with Purple skin because why not. I only saw one Image of Purple Skinned Orks and so I wanted to stand out

The ROC books are pure 'our existing work is just your raw material' punk aesthetic. The idea of a d10,000 table of mutations blew 13-year-old me's mind. Just the sheer absurd range of it gave you the sense of unexplored vistas, a feeling of "...and there's so much more that we left out." It was _implicit_ permission to add, adjust, and alter in the way that the almost homework-ish "We leave this room empty for the GM to complete" of TSR modules never truly conveyed.
Like the Chaos Orks especially the middle finger one lol, those Tombes are really cool why do they just burry and never reprint such creative stuff like that!!! They look really awesome!! 😮 (BLEEP) living in a country with 8 legged creatures that big!! Brought back some unwanted memories of camel spiders from a government paid holiday!!! ☹️😂😂😂

I, for one, love the in-between bits of your creative process. Also, the Realms of Chaos books really illustrate how creatively diminished Games Workshop became over the years. Artistically impoverished. Every sharp edge filed down, every corner rounded off. Technically proficient, but with no soul. That's what going corporate does to you: everyone who made the company great given the boot, replaced by suits who only care about money. Like your best friend died, and some _thing_ is wearing their skin like a suit.

I don't play skaven, but you inspire me to just grab random trash and toss it together for fun. you are a fountain of creativity, and your videos would be the less if you just showed us the cool stuff you made without sharing the rest of the journey to getting there.
