- Busted out the 2002 CR250 for some 2 smoking the annual ride at the local dreamland, Buck's Motocross Track, and gave it some pepper. 2 Strokes will never get old, and either will the Golf Course Track

The track owner is one of the nicest guys you would ever meet. When he started it he had one night per week with only us district 14 riders were allowed. He has fought for many years to keep this dream alive. This was a life long passion come true for Buck.
Absolutely. I remember mini bikes one night and big bike another at one point! Been going since around 04

I would ride my mtb down a golf course and jump the bunkers, the golfers would go ape shit.

Back when the first scream movie came out in the cinema I went and bought the scream mask, put it on and rode my bike around town pulling wheelies infront of the cops trying to get chased, I was spraying roost all over cars parked outside the chip shop, ended up in a police chase took off through the woods ended up at the golf course and I shredded the place, that was on my klx 250, I went back and ripped up the golf course another day on my cr 250 😂 great fun the crusty demon films definitely influenced me wen I was younger 😆

@@ughetti191 I was born in 81 I'm 39 just now, I left high school in 97 to start an apprenticeship as a builder, that was the year I drove the klx through the school corridors up and down stairs flipped it pulling wheelies whilst cops chased me, bike went flying into parked cars and I landed on my ass tearing a chunk of skin the size of the back pocket, was just hanging barely attached, scraped a big gash out the back of my Stephan everts replica helmet aswell, right through the devil paint job was gutted, ran off left the bike and my friends who seen it said the cops just threw it in the back of the van didn't tie down drove off with it banging around inside the back, friends helped stick the flap of skin back on with plasters and tape, it took hold aswell I would probably have needed skin graft otherwise, so I was only 16 at that point mobile phones weren't even on the go let alone go pros, I was 18 when I got my first Nokia 3310 brick 😂 and only started using touch screen phones 4 year ago, ive always been more into engines than technology.
I was always a 2 stroke guy my dad started me young, I bought the klx 250 4t purely on looks and I could ride it on the road no licence without cops pulling me it was an enduro bike so had plates , lights etc, that bike was abused from the day I bought it, I treated my cr and yz490 with way more respect should have been other way around as they were built to be thrashed so that summer would have been the one I was acting crazy and driving around with the scream mask on tearing up golf courses and shit like that, was middle of the 90s peak of the rave era here in Scotland so lot of drink and drugs involved, me and my mates do talk about them times wishing we had it on film, I definitely was the town rogue when it came to dirt bikes, whitey the clown from the first crusty demons film gave me ideas, cops hated me I was banned from driving before I was even old enough to have a license. All these stupid things I was doing back in the 90s kids are doing these days and getting paid for it on youtube 🙈 😂✌

Looks fun I'm 51 raced from 1985 to 2002 and my 02 was the last 2 stroke I bought this brings back many good memories braap!!!

There used to be an old golf coarse in N.W.Miami FL.someone made a Motocross track out of that was fantastic weekend fun in the 80s

I’m definitely crusty approaching mid 60s , my club of choice in the early 70s was an Elsinore 125 or yz 250 .
In order to protect the innocent I won’t mention anyone else’s names.
I’m hoping a golf/moto showdown in the near future .

When I was a kid I rode a yz250 on my local golf course in the rain. They weren’t happy about it, something about the flat grass hole shot pads costing a lot of money?

It’s in southwest Michigan. Used to be open to the public, but now it is invite only one time a year

@@EwFatppl they get super hot and u have to revalve them a lot ...ive had 2 strokes and 4 and ive blew up way more 4 strokes then my trusty 2 strokes.ive blown 2 stroke up also ...but the lightness and power and smell and sound of a 2 stroke and the powerband will not come from a 4 stroke thats trying to burn your leg off if u decided to touch it on accident
