Yes when when the plant is small I will remove all male flowers up until about 5 or 6 feet if you leave them on you’ll notice that they will come to full maturity and then die long before you ever get a female… The way I see it is I’d rather have that energy that is put into flower production put into leaf and vine production. Within that first 5 feet I will remove all the first and sometimes second flowers on the Secondaries as those ended up being wasted in most cases as well.
I keep them buried all season…. Now I have well drained soil so I don’t have to worry about possible rot….. if you have a heavier soil like clay or are in the south and deal with a lot of humidity then you may just want to bury the nodes and not the whole vine.
Yes I do, now I’m in Minnesota and my soil is sandy loam. This soil will for the most part be wash off the main vine within a month and that’s fine because by then the tap roots will be down and doing their job.

Just curious how long will the vine last buried in trench?

So you bury the entire main vine?

You mentioned using the Azos product from raw, I was trying to find it, is it possible to put a link or is it listed as something other than azos?
