Hey Danny....i have an old cook book with this recipe in it....made the way you did....back then....we used left over potatoes or instant potatoes. Was always a favorite...❤😊 But i had a friend that took off the potatoes so she could add ketchup to the meat loaf....lol..❤

You touched the to raw meat with your gloved covered hands and then you touched all the seasonings and the onion container and then when you touched the paprika with the contaminated gloves you also put that same paprika container that you put in your teeth to pull the seal off that's some serious cross-contamination
I like the recipe, looks good. I only have one teeny bit of advice that I hope doesn’t offend. You have your gloves on for the meat, good I do that too, but after you put the meat in, you might think about taking that pair of gloves off before touching all your condiments and additions. Put a fresh pair of gloves on (or that same pair saved) then mix up your meat. You did mention cross contamination, but you did touch all your additions with that pair of gloves! Your spices, etc. Every single thing would have to be washed with soapy water. Unless you wash that pair of gloves with hot soapy water like you would your hands, you’re spreading meat contamination everywhere. Now I say this as a Mom, Grandma and great grandmother. I use two pairs of gloves, that solves the problem. Or very good hand washing every time you especially touch meat of any kind. Delicious looking recipe tho, with your fun self I like so much! You contradicted yourself. You cross-contaminated on several different levels. Starting with handling the hamburger and not changing your gloves afterwards. Than moving on touching your seasonings. Your receipt sounds ok.

I would have browned the meat. Get rid of all grease! Then add the other stuff which doesn’t take long to heat up. 👍

Why do people overload their food with onions. Less is more! That's just basically a hamburger with cheese and bacon and a side of mashed potatoes
