I dislike the storm callers because I feel they dealt too much damage to a single target for the early game, until last patch. They were just such a low commitment for so much value early. Not an expert or pro, not even saying they’re imbalanced, just not fun to deal with. If they were taken off starting cards, I probably would not care. Similar to air, they feel like they require a very specific response, unlike the other starting units. Massive splash, single target is more than 3k, extreme range. The fact they added an anti-missile battery speaks volumes to how intrusive that unit is. Now that the turantula is in the game, and on starting cards, I don’t mind them so much, but I am still biased against them.

You could a challenge where the rules are: You can stay with the initial troops You can buy the same troops that you started with You can only buy troops given by the reinforcement Anything else is fair game So for example, on this game you started with mustangs and snipers and in round 2-3 you selected typhoons, so you could only place snipers, mustangs and typhoons, until round 5-6 where you got the MP, so then you could "unlock" the MP
I don’t mind stormcallers I hate hackers they suck the fun out of the game especially when the enemy just gets to drop an elite one from a round reward
this actually shows how trash stormcallers are, despite how meh cheeseman was, a single warfactory in pretty bad postition still countered all the investment/xp put into them
It's not trash, just counterable, which is a very good thing for a unit (remember those scorch ER vulcans that kill even melting points? yeah, not counterable)

They should have an upgrade for Stormcaller that shoots crawlers instead of missiles. The STORMCRAWLER!

They can be exploited a little too easily using mobile beacon with crawlers going back and fourth in middle of board at start I reckon
Aren’t storm callers the easiest thing to counter? Just get missile intercepter upgrade and they are neutered
only war factory AA, anything else is a trap, its better to use flanking and beacons.
