I think Hannibal would've gone for some 'untwisting' if things had gone differently at dinner with Bedelia, but he prob would've killed him immediately after. Hannibal's probably lucky that Will never knew about Dimmond because he's notoriously jealous and vindictive over Hannibal having other attachments lol. Though, it might've influenced their 'forgiveness' of each other in a way that didn't end with their breakup. I would've loved to see Wills reactions though
