Exams and Final Year Coursework....is, in no better words....a lot. So, we decided to escape east to the waterfalls. Join us as we explore the four waterfalls, have a dip, drink some coffee and escape normal life, even just for a day.

heya love the video! just to let you know the largest cave entrance in wales is actually round the otherside!! If you google porth yr ogof cave you'll see that the cave entrance is huge!! what you guys saw was the back way in, still pretty impressive but trust me the front entrance is breathtaking.

I've swam all over there for most of my life, it's quite local to me, being from Aberdare myself; I know the area like the back of my hand. Try the angel falls ''sgwd gwladys'' next time in pontneddfechan, or the gunpowder works if you really want to swim, with some nice cliffs there to jump off as well. There's also some amazing camping forestry there too in the gunpowder works river system. Head for the Dinas rock, then walk the river at it's side, 20 minutes walk at most! :)

Do it! It’s gorgeous. It is quite a long walk (1.5 hours or so) but the paths are nice- only a few hills here and there but mainly flat so you should be ok. You can also just walk to the first one, turn around and go if they are tired at that point ☺️
