Thanks! It was amazing. If you’re going to this hotel there’s not much you need to take. Just your base and mid layers, and the usual toiletries. Take a few hats, neck gaiters and gloves. Balaclava for younger children. We barely felt the cold apart from the taster day but it was -27 that day. We took a lot of snacks in our case but wish we hadn’t. Didn’t need them. Worth taking those hand warmer packs that heat up on contact with the air. I took 2 cameras as well as my phone. The phone battery died after a few minutes at -27. Definitely worth the trip to the snow village. Husky excursion was great but very cold, and not as exciting as the taster session. You’ll see on the taster that we had 10 huskies and went really fast, but the excursion we had only 6 and it was much slower due to following the people in front and being restricted to their speed. Overall it’s just so much fun, I felt like a kid again. Loved tobogganing. I said it’s a once in a lifetime thing so didn’t mind the price, but after the 2nd day we said we will go back in a couple of years. Probably to the same hotel. Absolutely loved it and would recommend that hotel and TUI for Lapland. I wish we could go back this year.

Okay I understand. I grew up in Finland. And you know what we can do? The area is the largest in Europe, but the population is small. Only 16 million if all people living abroad are counted. We are proud of even small things.
Sorry. I just saw your comment. The snowsuits and boots were included, and really heavy duty gloves. They also provided hats and socks but we took our own. You'll just need thermal underwear and things like fleece joggers and tops. And Christmas jumpers of course. You'll have a great time. I wish we could go back x

Also if you do the husky excursion wear 1 or 2 extra layers. My 5 year old was crying after it as he was freezing just sat still in the sled.
