The lubricating grease must have low oil separation, relavive low viscosity and maintain properties in low temperatures that is the theory, apply minute amounts, sorry search for one that best suits you.
Finally got my hands on it: inner dia. 45.5mm outer 48.0mm two teeth: 1.5mm long, 2mm deep, generally I had no pipe of adequate dimensions so I did it from a piece of flat junk, rolled it welded it and lathe and file finished
