Govt rejects BYD Motors $1 billion India plan to build EVs, batteries. Wen they allow Chinese mobile comp in India.. why stop byd?
That was the problem in our policy making.
It is a policy decision by Govt for some reason. May be Govt try to keep EV area in abeyance for our Make in India possibilities.
Nice that byd is banned. The money you pay is used for proliferation of arm and ammunition at borders and create civil disturbance in India. Every country has its rights and decision to ban import based on situations.

Bro, we allowed China in the cellphone industry, now we don't have an Indian cellphone company in India, also in many plastic products like toys, etc. If we allow the same thing to happen with battery and electric cars, there will be no more Indian battery and electric car companies. Then China will expand its One China policy then ]What is happening to Taiwan will also happen in Arunachal Pradesh and then in other northeastern Indian states. Better avoid Chinese companies in new emerging technologies or keep them to a minimum in India's interest!! I know this is not the subject of the video but you put political thoughts in the video so I just want to address your political point int he video with all Indian interests... China is not a good country to do business with. Unfortunately, this is the truth. Many African countries, Sri Lanka and Pakistan got caught in the China project, imports of China products, and China debt trap. Now they are suffering!!!!
Bro first we need to understand that we are in the global Market here We should not discriminate against our neighbouring countries.when American and Japan cars are selling here. Here Indian phones are getting parts only from china and assembled in India. Only naming as India but actual parts are from china only. India needs young talents to invest and develop new technology which brings a new market on a global scale. Sad story our indian minds working for other countries not for india.
