    This is so incredibly helpful. My current teacher doesn’t know how to do his job, you are walking me through this semester.

      Same. We are paying a professor to tell us what chapters to read and teach ourselves lol

      You are so awesome. I have a small channel that I record for between classes. Education channels are hard to get started but I am so thankful for people like you! I am so happy that you found me! :)

    So uh it was not a requirement to take a pre req class before this class. I am so overloaded with information and totally feel inadequate for this class. I hope I pass my exams. I'd rather take statistics again lol this class is literally going RIGHT over my head. But, im watching these videos and they help a little. Thanks for being such a fun quirky instructor :D

    I would just like to say I wish you were my professor. You explain everything in such a comprehensible way and you bring back my passion for biology. It's crazy how much a teacher can impact your motivation to do well in a class and you definitely motivate me to do well- I wish I was your student! And thank you for these videos they helped me get through the semester.

    Thank you so much for this!! I do these videos alongside my chapter readings because I have ADHD and have a hard time reading such large sections of text at a time. I can't even begin to say how much sleep this has saved me- I'm eternally grateful!!

    This is my second lecture video from this lady and I am living these! My instructor is just giving us the PowerPoint and doesn't go over it. It's easier to digest when someone is going through it with your and explaining it the way they understand it. Thank you

    I'm taking Biology 1308, Intro to Biology as Biology is not a strong suit for me so I'm getting a lot of great information that is helping me understand molecular structures. And as silly as they are, I love your mnemonics. I will be watching every lecture to understand what my professor fails to explain. I live in Texas and attend Houston Community College. Where do you teach?

      I'm so happy to be able to help! I cannot post the slides as they are copy righted but they are available on the internet if you just search for "Campbell Biology in Focus Chapter _____ presentation"!

    Thank you for your lectures, they're a huge support/resource for myself who took a Bio AP class and doesn't remember a lot. Jogging my memory with easy-to-understand explanations and breaking major concepts down - do you know if there any way I can access the slides themselves online or the Biology in Focus textbook?

    • @scienceedu-cate-tion625
      @scienceedu-cate-tion625  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      So I cannot post the slides because of copyrights. However, you can Google search "Campbell Biology in Focus Chapter......slides" and they will come up! I think SlideShare has them too. I am happy you are finding my content helpful! :)

    You said couple of times that we were supposed to learn that in gem chem but I am pretty sure that’s part of organic chemistry. Am I wrong?

    • @scienceedu-cate-tion625
      @scienceedu-cate-tion625  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      So you learn a lot about carbon and bonding in gen chem but organic chemistry focuses on carbon based structures. It just depends on the particular program you are in. Great question!

    No. “Pesticide free” is not correct. “Synthetic pesticide free” would be much better. Organic labeled food can have pesticides as long as they are natural.
