I would’ve used some wild fig you already had on your detailer for something on the thumb (stripes, a purple French tip maybe) cause a clear thumb with 4 purple nails would make my brain hurt 😄. Love the tutorials! 🙏

I got the clear fiber in the pot in the last sale. I LOVE IT!💯👍💕 I really didn't like the original in the bottle. I thought it gloopy and too opaque. This clear is perfect.

No, fiber gel is a soft gel. It can be soaked off with acetone.

No it does not. Products should not be damaging to your nails. Improper prep, application or removal is what can cause damage to the natural nails.

I do my own nails at home. What do you mean by "this product is used on natural nails?" Aren't all of your products used on natural nails? I'm confused by the lingo. I currently use your hard gel from the pot. How is this product different from that? Is the fiber gel not as strong as the hard gel? Can fiber gel be backfilled? I have very flexible thin nails and am wondering if I can use the fiber gel. It would be great if you had a chart on which products to use for which type of nails.
When we refer to using a product on a natural nail, we generally mean that we are just overlaying the product onto the nail and not applying a tip or building an artificial extension with acrylic or hard gel.
The Fiber Gel is a soft gel which means it is more flexible and is not designed to build an extension, rather it is designed to just be used over only the natural nail. Fiber Gel can be soaked off, filed off or filled to maintain them. It also has micro fibers within the gel to give the product more flexibility and durability than a traditional soft gel/gel polish.
A hard gel is different in the respect that it is designed to build/sculpt an extension but can be used as a natural nail overlay as well. Once cured, it is non-porous and can not be soaked off but can be filed and filled.
Question: how does this differ from Flex gel which I use all the time? Or even the regular Build gel? Thank you.
Fiber Gel is a soft gel that can be soaked off. It is designed for use over a natural nail and has a thicker consistency to it because of the micro fibers embedded into it. It is not intended for sculpting or creating long extensions (it can be used for very short extensions or fixing a cracked or chipped nail) since it is very flexible and doesn't have the structure to hold a long, sculpted nail. In our Synergy hard gel line, we have several builder gels. These are hard gels that are designed for building structure and sculpting extensions. They become non porous when cured and cannot be soaked off.
gracias gracias por estos videos ,como siempre ya compre el fibra de queratina clear en pomo y lo estoy usando a mis clientas que vienen con uñas quebradas o s kebradizas ,pero necesito saber ,yo lo doy con color de gel encima en uñas naturales ,si la clienta cuando regresa quiere que se lo retire completamente para poner otro producto o dejarlas descansar sin nada ¿como lo retiro ,como el gel regular ,Quito brillo y pongo acetona en papel fósil? y después lo raspó? ayúdenme por favor gracias ❤

You can use protein bond under fiber gel, but you don't need a base coat first.
Is there a secret to prevent fibers from sticking up? Tried several types of files as well -and I’m still seeing “stubble.”
Make sure you aren't brushing it on with a lot of pressure. If you use less pressure and more of a "floating" motion, this will allow the fibers to stay suspended within the gel. If you brush too firmly, you may get more texture and the fibers won't be sealed.
I’m a bit confused. So if I use the fiber gel as a base coat, do I cure the fiber gel first before I apply gel polish on top? Sorry dumb question.
Yes you need to cure it first.
if i used a fiber gel with a color gel on top how do I keep it strong and not break especially with a length like this ? hard gel topcoat ?
This is an overlay so it shouldn't break from the nail. We don't recommend using fiber gel to sculpt more than active length nails as it is a soft gel.

It can depending on the temperature of the room you are working in, but it is a thicker gel. You can remove the tacky layer after curing and then file into shape if needed.

I happen to use YN, but sometimes i have clients bring their own colors in. Will other brands of gel work?
If i wipe off inhibition layer off to finish file, do i then need to use a base before gel? Ive had problems in the past so just wondering.
Unfortunately, we don't test our products with other brands so we can't speak on how they work together.
You wouldn't need a base coat, just cleanse with swipe and apply a coat of protein bond before your gel polish application on top of the fiber gel.
I just bought the clear maniq gel. I see all the videos on fiber gel. What is the difference in this one? Can I use powder with it? Can I use tips with it?
The Fiber Gel works great as an alternative to the ManiQ. The keratin in Fiber Gel helps to keep the natural nail healthy. Also, Fiber Gel bonds very well to damaged or thin/brittle nails and because of the micro fibers within it, the Fiber Gel forms more of a "mesh" for more durability.
You don’t want to mix powder with fiber gel, but you can use fiber gel to adhere full cover or acrylic tips.
Would you still use the diamond cuticle bit for a person with deep wells on the sides?
Yes, you definitely can.
Just want to clarify, if using this as a base coat, do I need to wipe?
You don't want to remove the tacky layer unless you plan on using the fiber gel by itself and not top coating it.

Would I charge like a hard gel full set when using it as a base layer?
We recommend charging at least as much as an overlay.
Would you be able to mix with dip powder?
If you are wanting the Slick Pour color, we would recommend using the Clear Fiber Gel on the nail first to give the structure and then do the Conversion and Slick Pour over the Fiber Gel. If you mix the powder into the Fiber Gel directly, the product can get too thick and bulky.
Are your gel products mma free? I found that I’m allergic 😔 I can’t use the gel products that I have and I can only use certain acrylic products. This sucks because I love doing my nails❤
Our products do not contain MMA. Our acrylics are EMA (EthylMethacrylate) based.
Is this clear fibre gel available in UK? I love pink clear one but been wanting for a clear one !
You would need to contact your closest distributor about new products.
Because it is self leveling there is no need to finish file is what I’m getting, is that correct
correct, but if you feel you need to you can finish file.

Fiber Gel is a flexible soft gel that was designed to be used on natural nails. It works great on a strong, healthy nail, but it is also good on thin, brittle, damaged nails to protect them as they grow. We have had success using it over short extensions (tip or sculptured nails) but we do not recommend using it for long extensions.

hola que tal? gracias por tus videos, aquí de nuevo consultando dudas ,mani keratina ,clear solo ponen una capa o dos? yo pongo 2 y el gel color y me queda grueso. en uñas cortas, ¿ como corrigo el problema? o es que puedo poner solo una capa de clear ,me da miedo porque mis clientas trabajan en lugares pesado y quiero que le duren su producto,de esa forma que lo estoy haciendo regresan con su aplicación completa ,pero están gruesas,pueden ayudarme, gracias
What is the difference between Fiber gel and builder gel in a bottle?
Builder in a bottle is kind of an overall term for thicker gels that you can use to build structure over a natural nail. The Fiber Gel can be considered a builder in a bottle, but the difference is that Fiber Gel has micro fibers within the product that form a woven structure to give the nail more structure, support and flexibility.

In Ukraine, they can beat you for such a manicure. Bad, crooked and wrong! Why do you need a thin brush if you still can’t paint evenly? Where is the alignment of the nail plate? it's not work! You're ruining a client's nails!
