This is my first year hunting and I cannot imagine how it gets any better than the Skeletor Sticks. These things bite like a Pitbull, the retention system is so easy to get on and off going up and coming down the tree, and are rock solid. I never worry about it slipping off the tree and I feel super confident putting weight on them.
Even the tethered guy said they were designed around the old leverage stick, with all the tethrd features. That company when out of business a while ago.
Do the Bat Wings rotate at all? These look awesome, but they look similar to the hawk sticks which I have and like. However, what I hate about the hawk stick was 1) not a lot of room for my foot against the tree (which tethr fixed with these) and 2 and most importantly the bat wing doesn't move at all, so if the tree isn't perfectly straight they tend to kick out. I bet though if they don't move or allow to rotate on these that since you can cinch the amsteel so tight to the tree that probably allows them to really bit in better. idk
Be nice if they actually sell them on their website, probably be like the one stick they will put it on their website and never have it in stock as usual
@@A1i3N337 the one stick has been out of stock for almost a year so there is another reason they don’t stock them other than blaming it on oh we just can’t get them because of the pandemic other companies don’t have this problem, I want to support Tethrd but they don’t make it easy
You just have to be quick with ordering. For the one stick, I just checked everyday when they were about to drop and was able to pick up the 3 pack for my dad. But yes, they do go quick.
It ain’t cheap. I’m running a mantis saddle with a one stick/rappel from eastern woods. If u want ultra light weight/flexible setup…it’ll cost a few bucks
You had me sold till he said 2# per stick!! At only 18" you would have to have at least 4. That's 8#!!! I guess if you were a one sticker this would be the ticket. But who wants to one stick in early season? You'd be sweating your balls off!!! ..
I love my skeletors!!
The most amazing thing about your channel is how much you look like Jack Black!
Looks more like the you betchya guy
@@lucaskiel4683 that’s what I was going to say lol

Hmmm…Hawk Helium sticks with the Tethrd rope mod…
That’s what I thought. But I do like the angle of the steps.

I gotta ask what do you do for a living to hunt as much as you do?
The only question that matters on this thread, or any other thread for that matter, is….WHEN WILL THE ONE STICK BE BACK IN STOCK???
Oh ya, those are sick!!
That rope containment system is so simple and so clean, amazing.
What is the weight rating on these?
When do they release?
When do they come out
Any idea when they’ll be released?
Already out. Ordered a set today.
What about heman
What’s the price of these sticks? They really look nice!
This morning I just got them for $200 for a 4 pack
No way!
@@87Gano Nope they are $225 each
@@ObamaOsucksOass per set 😂
@@joshuawilson261 well crap, I could have sworn that they were $200 each

This looks more like a promo video than an actual review. Are you affiliated with Tethrd? Do you get any kickbacks for promoting their products?

2lbs for an 18” stick? No thanks. I’ll stick with my lone wolfs
What! Those look sweet!
You could use those orange rubber pins as ear plugs so deer don't hear you climbing the tree.
From nothing to everything you need for tree saddle set up how much money is everything

you’re exerting no more energy one sticking than you are with 3-4 sticks. And since you’re carrying less weight, you’re actually exerting less.
Statistically speaking, you’re probably 20-30 pounds overweight bitching about the weight of climbing sticks.
6000$?
$5,999 plus tax
Moving parts = noise and failures
😂
2lbs./stick = too heavy
Right on par with most other sticks on the market. And that weight includes attachment method which most other sticks don’t...
You’re probably 20-30 pounds overweight yourself.
