Thanks for that, very helpful! But would you also be able to talk about the states as legal entities since they became corporations. That would be really helpful

    Hey,
I am from India. I always learn about political system of each county. You are explain Australian federation very well. I meam this is very unique like in India we follow federal system as well but our states are not autonomous they are just a part of nation and central government create new states or abolish through central parliament. Even in the USA 🇺🇸 states are not as much as autonomous like Australia. They have own Constitution but federal government is ultimate boss in the USA. Again thank you for your info

Having had a case held up for almost 2 years pending a jurisdictional challenge in the High Court. To what extent are the states able to delegate responsibility to tbe Federal jurisdiction and vice versa?

Queensland defied the will of the people at a referendum held in 1917 regarding the abolishing of the upper house, so it was a political decision not a people based decision. A referendum amendment was installed into the Queensland Constitution in order to conduct the referendum in 1917. So where did the Parliament of Queensland derive the head of power to abolish the upper house in 1922 ?

It was after reading the constitution and human rights charter that I realised I didn’t have to acknowledge curfew laws during covid. Ole Danny boy never got the approval from health minister and just avoided answering the question until he blamed it on Sutton who denied it then he blamed the police for requesting it which they too denied , a few days later he admits he imposed the illegal curfew , by this time it had already gone on for the time he wanted .
Then I also realised he is possibly the best politician I’ve ever seen, he just bullshits everyone to avoid anarchy . I just hate how blatant this thing was and nobody questioned it apart from myself and a few lawyers
