Very insightful. A look at New South Wales v Commonwealth (workchoices case) would have provided more insight into how a literalist and legalist approach has been adopted following the Engineers case.
Can you please do a video on the ACTV vs Commonwealth case that found the implied right to freedom of political thought and communication in the constitution based on the entrenchment of popular sovereignty
