My fave takeaways from his viral video:
All Christians MUST vote. God has given us charge over our families, the Church, and the government. If we don't lead in these areas, Satan SURELY will. All candidates are corrupt to some extent. Vote for the person and policies that will slow the decay of society.

The problem with America is most of the people have hardened their hearts against God. I hear no calls for repentance or concern for all the lost souls. The reason we are in so much trouble is we are all under God's wrath and judgment.

    • @cryptojihadi265
      @cryptojihadi265 หลายเดือนก่อน

The reason we are in so much trouble is Christians don't vote and they don't even know what God's laws are.
Jesus took a rag tag group of 12 disciples and built His church in the midst of the Roman Empire.
Modern American Christians, took a nation founded on God's laws and turned it into the Roman Empire.
Just look at the comments and see how many ultra deluded Christians actually think it's immoral or not spiritual to take part in politics. Literally parroting the satanic secularists that want Christ and Christians out of the public sqaure.
THEN look at all those who are so blind they can't see the difference between the left and the right, between Trump and Kamala or WORSE actually think Kamala is the better choice.
The persecution that comes to this nation will ALL be on Christians who have all the blood of the unborn on their hands for sitting back and allowing the left to rule.
If even just 80% of Christians voted and voted for Biblical principals, we would not be in this mess AT ALL.

The New Testament paints a clear picture of believers as ambassadors of a different kingdom-one that is not of this world. As ambassadors for Christ (2 Corinthians 5:20), our loyalty is to His kingdom, and our focus is on representing His reign rather than participating in the political systems of earthly nations. Just as ambassadors do not vote in foreign elections, we are not called to seek influence through human governments. Jesus said, “My kingdom is not of this world” (John 18:36), and throughout His ministry, He avoided political entanglements, modeling a life focused solely on His Father’s will.
The early church also followed this example. The apostles preached the gospel and cared for the poor, the oppressed, and the needy without engaging in Roman politics. Their mission was to transform lives through the power of the Holy Spirit, not through political agendas. Romans 13 instructs believers to live peaceably under governing authorities, not to change them or place their hope in them.
Our role as ambassadors means living as citizens of heaven, not relying on political influence but instead radiating Christ’s love and truth. By remaining wholly devoted to God’s kingdom, we provide a true alternative, pointing to a hope that cannot be found within any earthly system.

I’m in Lexington Kentucky right now for work conference, and my Uber driver said he is a pastor, conversation went on and he asked me if I have a home church, I proudly said yes and I love my pastor, pastor Josh, (he laughed like I said something I was not supposed to say loud). I had to tell him I’m sorry but I truly love pastor Josh! I asked him if he knows pastor Josh Howerton, he said no. I was like you need to know him, like Google him, get him on TH-cam, make it a priority. He asked me if I know pastor Tony Evans, I said no! He was shocked, I told him maybe my pastor got me very satisfied that I don’t even get to know other pastors. I told him to watch the GenZ sermon because he said he helps youths a lot in public schools. Thank God for you pastor Josh, may God keep you for our kids, our families, your family and our communities. That election sermon, I spread it to so many friends and coworkers before Election Day, I sure thought it was supposed to be a national anthem, and I tried my best to make it breaking news. Thank you! God is good!

I just wanna encourage those that may not agree with this Pastors views to simply just be praying for him.We have a much bigger problem than voting or not voting. My prayer is that every church in America begin to experience a Holy Ghost revival with evidence of God's miracle working power! We have become to casual and desynthesized to sin and the pattetns of this world. My heart cry is that the Body Of Christ in all churches beging to call on the power of God to break out and would touch every church, and they would experience healing, deliverance and signs and wonders! This is the ministry of Jesus! May there be an awakening in the church!! It's time that we as the body of Christ wake upband become discontent with just coming and receiving an encouraging word and living day after day week after week and year after year, with the same bondages and sinful struggles. May there be a desperation to encounter the Presence of God, that we might turn
And stop conforming to the ways of the world!! The body of Christ looks too much like the world and we are to be Holy because our God is a Holy God. God what is it looking to raise up a powerful army of God So that we can be effective in winning souls for the kingdom of God!! Thank you for letting me speak my heart today! May you go higher today in the Kingdom of God! May your worship life and your prayer life go higher and deeper today in the name of Jesus!!May you develop a cry to the Lord in the secret place daily for your family, for your community for our nation!!! Come up higher sons and daughters of the most high God!!! ❤ 🙏 ✝️

So grateful for pastors who bring Scripture & theology to bear on all areas of life! I was very encouraged by Pastor Josh. I had 2 further thoughts.
I was discipled in a pre-trib dispensational church. I have been investigating post-trib eschatology for some time now. Explaining Christians' effect on the culture as salt sowing corruption" is most likely a pre-trib view. It assumes that the culture is going to degrade no matter what Christians do & our job is to slow it down. But Jesus told us to go into all the world and make disciples of all nations...teaching them to obey all that He had commanded them. I don't think He would have given them/us this command if it were going to be impossible to fulfill. We can actually see Christians' role as being salt as "preserving the culture" rather than just slowing down the inevitable corruption. I also want to point out that The Great Commission does not exclude government officials in who we are to teach. All of the Christians I know who don't vote are dispensational pre-trib believers. This is a good example of why eschatology matters.
I ultimately voted for Trump this time after much struggle. My fear is that the powers that be can get anyone elected by the tens of millions of Christians in our country by simply always presenting a more liberal, evil candidate as the alternative I'm almost 50 years old. This kind of thinking has ONLY pushed ALL candidates more & more left over time. At some point, we as Christians will HAVE to draw a line & say, "No." It's not only the culture at large that has become too comfortable with abortion. I think many Christians have come to accept that abortion is not going away. Would we have voted for a candidate who only wanted to allow the gassing of some Jews? Or only older Jews, but not kids? That is what we are continually doing. I wish you would have had enough time with Pastor Josh to get into why we had only 2 pro-choice candidates.

Josh is an excellent wordsmith, but the ideas here are bunk.
He used a copious amount of straw-manning, while also completely ignoring two critical truths...
    1. Not voting is a kind of vote.
    2. A vote is a tacit endorsement.
Christians struggling to make a decision this year, shouldn't be guilty tripped by Josh into feeling like they have to vote Trump for fear of being the "weaker brother."

I’ve never understood why people argue about this. We are absolutely a republic, is there any group of people arguing we aren’t? We also vote our representatives into power which makes us democratic. Some of the worst countries in the world are republics and they are also the least democratic. Because a republic can be a Constitutional democracy, a socialist state, authoritarian, Communist, it doesn't matter. We are both, and definitely should be proud to be both democratic and constitutional.
If anyone says we aren’t a republic, they are uneducated. But saying “we are a republic, not a democracy” is like saying a collie is a dog, not an animal.

Thank you for reminding me where I was just months ago having heated discussions and debates on FB on this point exactly, i call it "ironic hypocrisy" that their ideas, ideologies, thoughts, beliefs, feelings, "truth" (if you will) is "tolerated". More like accepted, supported and pushed, but my beliefs, thoughts, ideas don't get the same seat at the table, rather I'm not even allowed to have them or speak them. Lmao.
They can "defend their faith", but i can't?
Summarily I say to education and schools, if we're gonna include all religions but Christianity and attack it, and bring in ideas, ideologies, beliefs and crazy sexualization which is practically a religious-like doctorine and practices. Then let's put EVERYTHING on the table and let Truth reign. But if course anything that's not the truth and those that believe them would never want to have that at the same table. It says it all.

I’m old enough to remember when conservatives actually believed that character mattered. It’s tiring to listen to people who correctly denounced Bill Clinton’s lack of moral character and currently denounce Biden and Harris’ lack of character to pretend that Trump’s lack of character doesn’t matter. Trump is the nominee because people wanted to pretend that his lack of character and lack of convictions was irrelevant. They overstate his conservatism, they downplay his claims that he’s not a sinner, and actively promoted the candidate with the worst character in the primaries. God doesn’t call us to actively seek people of bad character, especially when the person wears his moral rot on his sleeve. Actively eschewing better candidates with better policies and better character is not a point in the favor of primary voters. Trump has lost more than he’s won and he has dragged the GOP to the left, making them what should be a less viable option for Christians, but now we have people claiming that if Trump loses it’s the end of America. If you want victory and you don’t want it to be close, pick better candidates and stop the emotional blackmail.

No pregnancy is the same no complication is the same and if you continue to stifle the rights of Physicians to take care of patients as well as nurses to take care of patients you're going to start losing all of your Health Care Professionals so have fun with that

But to say the least of these.. even if it was the disciples or believers and if they were treated wrong about having to go to supreme court because he didnt want to bake a cake for a gay couple... Onw yiu stated, I think that was wrong because as a business owner, you should be able to say no to anyone. But to even compare that and the others to persecuted and the goats and sheep and the least of these..????. Is called, " You are scared of losing your religious liberty.), along with the others now thinking like this , very sad. That is not true at all. In fact our liberties are more protected than I several years. Check Supreme Court records. BUT, We are here to share Jesus with all. The great commission. Praying, we can all learn and appreciate each other in Christ. I am listening to some of your interviews. Praying. JUst that message and a few more, shocked me and helped understand something I had not got in all these years.. Trying to save our religious liberties. There is no need to pray for the Kingdom of God to come to earth. The Kingdom of God on earth was launched when Christ rose from the dead. Your prayer should be that God shows you what you can do to advance his Kingdom. One thing you can do it love your neighbor and forgive your enemies.
