As Christians, we've allowed the Lord's name to be taken in vain for quite a long time, which is what is happening with this trend right now. We should not stop declaring that Christ is Risen, Lord and King, but we should also, equally, not condone vile anti semites using it in vain.
Then start calling out people like Nick and Candice, Lauren, etc, who are using it to take his name in vain. If someone says they are Christian, they are not going to use it with hate in there heart. Which is what is happene.
As a Christian woman in my 60s, I encourage all Christians to read the entire Bible in context, considering who was speaking, and who they were speaking to and the culture at that time. To my shame, I listened to motivational sermons that took one verse out of context for many years. I loved the Lord, but certainly did not know his word, and therefore did not truly know him. After reading the entire Bible now five times, I am getting more and more out of it. Understanding Genesis to Revelation, makes the atonement, and everything about what Christ did for us have meaning. I would not be equipped to even discuss the placement of Israel, or the true character of my savior himself without knowing his word. I am forever grateful that God in his mercy and grace was so patient with me.♥️
Good for you! And it is important to read the bible as a whole and be wary of people who take one verse weaponize it and use it for selfish benefit. (Mathew 4) Even the devil knows the bible and used it when tempting Jesus so it can be a tool for good and evil. I've seen so many men especially who cherry-pick verses to elevate themselves above women but take NO time at all to contemplate their own which are much more profound directives actually.
I am saddened by the mocking of Jesus. I am reminded quickly that the same thing happened to Jesus in the flesh. They flogged him, put a crown of thorns on his head & draped him in a purple robe while they mocked him and slapping him in the face. They shouted “all hail, king of the Jews”. The same thing is happening when these people mock His name in this way. I love listening to you spread the gospel.
Christ Is King!! He is my King. He saved me from my sin and I will forever claim Him as King. One day all knees shall bow before Him. Woe to those that did not accept Him.
Excellent point. If you are saying Christ is King and never personally trust Him as your King, you’ll come to wish He wasn’t King. He is Holy and will not be mocked.
Christians used to stand up and say Christ is King in the face of being burned alive for that belief. Now we give up saying it because some unsavory people said it. Take it back! Christ is King!
To be fair, the original commenter did not mention Candace at all being part of their comment about martyrs from the churches past. The bring up the worry of losing something that has long been apart and central of the church due to these people abusing scripture to their own motives. It’s the churches job to shut these people who claim to be Christian’s up or at least speak as loud as they do. We should always speak out against heresy, so the looking world will know we say No that is not the gospel - this is the Gospel.
The way I screamed when Allie said “…you have no business saying Christ is king, because one day you will wish he weren’t” AMEN! Speak on it, sister ❤ Christ IS King to those who know who Him, in spirit and in truth, and should not be wielded as a tool for hate. That is blasphemous.
@@mabanomet9879some Christians are saying it without realizing the radical abuse of the phrase, but not everyone using it is Christian, as Allie plainly showed, and those are the people she is cautioning.
Candace was not wielding it has a form of hatred though. You do realize Ben Shapiro has made a mockery of Jesus on several occasions. Candace simply turned the other cheek and proclaimed that Christ was King.
@@MentalFacility-u7oit’s apparent that you hate the smell of Christian blood. But, Jesus Christ could change that even if you have only one drop of humility left. 🙏💕
@@lewlewbelle7275 I'm not sure what you mean by the smell of Christian blood. However, I'm good thou. I don't approve of a guy being unalived for me. That was totally uncecessary cause, I didn't do anything that would warrant something like that. He did it to stroke his own ego, not for me.
Allie! I’ve been listening to your show for a few years now and have never commented, but I felt compelled today. That might have been the most beautiful explanation of the Gospel that I’ve ever heard! You have a gift of communicating God’s word. Thank you for your show and continuing to spread the good news of Jesus. 🫶🏼
Everyone believes in their own truth. Jews have scriptures which prove that Christ isn't the king. And I don't remember her saying that to Muslims because she'd be attacked. She's a coward and a fraud.
I really like Candace Owens - she's sharp, intelligent, and logical on most issues. Having said that, weaponizing the Bible and battling with Shapiro on the public stage isn't a great Christian witness. As Christian's, we are called to bring glory to God in every word and deed. I don't think that is what is happening here.
You have eyes into CO's soul. Do you have a special mind-reading power to know her intentions? Perhaps you should consider that throwing rocks at another human is a sinful pastime. Candace defending herself is not sinful, btw. Your "turn the other cheek" attitude is why "God" has been chased out of all our schools and institutions which has been absolutely disastrous for our country.
Completely agree. I believe she was weaponizing the Word and this is wrong. We can spout scripture all day long but if we do this without charity/love, our actions are rendered non effective. Mission failed.
I think that Candace was being passive aggressive with Ben. I also think Ben should have talked with her privately. I’m sure both will be just fine after they go their own ways.
@@maryam-fk9royou missed the point. Ben made those statements because she had been passive aggressive for months. If he didn’t go to her in private, we don’t know if he did, probably was because she’s free to do whatever she wants. On the other hand I’m sure Ben learned his lesson to be careful what he says and not to trust even when he is with a small group of people.
Yes, it's amazing how much people have taken this to heart. They are 2 adults. She even said she's free now, so she didn't want to be there. Officer Tatum is selling t-shirts now, Christ is King. But I thought a while back he believed Christ is not actually God. So it's funny. Just a bunch of hateful division. Truthful words, but empty hearts.
To be fair, the tweet Candace gave about genocide was in response to a US senator saying there was no such thing as an innocent Palestinian...that is was akin to saying "innocent Nazi citizen". She thought that was genocidal language and that was what she was responding to. Ben took it to mean that she thought Israel was genocidal towards all of Palestine just because they defended themselves, and that is not what she was talking about. Only about 8 minutes in, but I felt like that needed to be said.
Finally, someone who has context. She was responding to the appalling language spoken by the senator and other leaders who not only agreed, but agreed vehemently.
There’s not even such a thing as a Palestinian. And yes. If there’s even one of them that are not deep into Jew and Christian hate, and into sharia law and into Jihad, I would be surprised. You have no idea what they do and why they elected Hamas in 2006.
I don't think I agree with Ben Shapiro on this, but my concern is that Candace doesn't often reflect Christ in her interactions these days. Over the last couple years she tries to speak truth but seems to have become so embittered and angry, and often seems uncertain of where she stands on many Biblical matters ... So to suddenly throw out "Christ is King" felt more like a "gotcha" than a heartfelt declaration.
Yes I have said the very same thing her judgemental behaviour towards others isn’t always christ like . Also her defence of Ye , Tate I have found questionable.
Yes, I’m all for speaking truth but, according to scripture, how we speak it is so vital. Sadly, I think she’s become overwhelmed by her fame as many of us might.
@myfamilyfreedom2485 - Whether or not you like Candace, she was undoubtedly right on this issue. Shapiro, schmuley and the rest of that crew seem to want to dictate how people should think and speak.
She is a Catholic whom I don't think is saved. A former Republican Congressional candidate in Baltimore named Kim openly differed with Candace about something on Twitter a few years ago and Candace went nuclear on her, dragged her in her past as a stripper. It was a really unwholesome episode and it made Candace look a lot worse.
Allie, I completely agree with you concerning Andrew Tate's response. How can he speak on morality when he is the poster boy for immorality. In this day and age, I have come to be speculative about these people . Many are using the term "Christ the King" in a derogatory way (i.e., like saying "bye Felcia" to shut someone down).
Well said/good analogy. Like you, I have taken to questioning every person with a healthy, arguably God-commanded, skepticism. There are so many wolves out there and we need to be able to identify and avoid them!
Christ is King. I just find it off-putting when people add that at the end of their arguments as if they are fighting a holy war, when in reality it's a disagreement at work or another petty argument with strangers online.
Do you have the same retort when people had black squares as their avatar?? Or wore the rainbow flag to work, or put it on their cars??? Last I heard we have not had a war to change the foundation of this country which is Christian. So its ok in my country to say Christ is King! Its ok if you don't like stop talking to me, please.
Why does Ben invite Christian guests to his show like Bishop Barron, John MacArthur, I wonder. He doesn’t agree with almost nothing they say and he even insults Jesus. I think that’s arrogance and unethical.
Of course he doesn't, he's Jewish. You folks seem to think that Ben must believe in Jesus despite his being Jewish. We have no national religion, every American is free to worship God as they understand him. Most of you criticizing Ben for having his own religious beliefs don't take the teachings of Jesus seriously, you believe more in the culture than in following Jesus. If you truly followed Jesus you would love Ben Shapiro and desire his best, instead you listen to Kanye's music and call it Christian. Hypocrites.
I used to be a huge Candace Owens fan and have been turned off in recent years by what appears to be her ever-inflating ego. I honestly think hubris is her biggest issue, regardless of her views. It gets in the way of everything else.
She's been an inconsistent double-minded grifter from day one. I have observed her since 2016 and she says one great thing of truth one day and the next, tells a super lie that contradicts all of her so-called integrity. She is in love w/herself - huge ego and so two-faced that it's unbearable. She will just hop on her next grift. When you're this kind of narcissist, it gets harder and harder to turn back and change. Also, it's obvious she is greedy and also a shallow celeb gossiper as her news shows are mostly ranting about celebs she hates. Then she calls herself a Christian just b/c she's converting for her husband to his faith - not for herself and yet can't quote bible scriptures right. It's deeply sad who she is and what she continues to become in her grifting schemes - a silly childish hipster who hops on whatever trend is working for her at the moment.
@@thepropheticcall Then your hopes would be dashed lol. Ben certainly has some pride as well imo but he’s not nearly as aggressive or rash with his ego, and seems to have much more self-control. It will continue to burn bridges for Candace.
Christ is King hasn't been circulating the last few years. This was the rally call of the martyrs since the first century. It's true for believers and unbelievers. For all things in creation.
I am not on X, but unless Candace can show that she uses this phrase as a tag line in communications not directed at Jews, it would be pretty easy to understand "how" she is using it.
Tpie5940, are u a Christain? Candace did Nothing Wrong. She is giving glory & honor to a Title, a Crown that belong to Jesus, no one should b shy to state, “Pax Christi”, The Social Kingship of Christ has been taught from Apostles to today. The sick anti-Christ people , who have gained far too much power & influence in America, have had great success with weak Christian’s by brow beating them, calling names, threats, etc, so that they r more concerned with offending people that r anti-Christ, than acknowledging His title. Remember, it was Ben who started open hostility with her when he angrily castigated her to a crowd bc Ben is treasonously sycophantic toward a foreign country, as he is a committed Sayanim, and loses his mind when “ this foreign country “ is criticized. And if any claim to b Christain and don’t criticize this foreign country for its carpet bombing entire blocks, neighborhoods, using white phosphorus indiscriminate bombing to incinerate, shut off all water, electric and food to millions, last several weeks destroying tons of food on trucks donated by world, numerous atrocities that easily fit the same definition of genocide that Israel relied on in condemning So. Africa, I suggest u are a coward if u don’t stand up for Christain morality… which is very different from the demonic rabbinic talmudism. Ben had no business sticking his nose into Candace quoting St Matthew, it was not about Ben, as she had been undergoing Bible study and religious education very intently… Ben is a fraud. He is not about free speech. Says he despises Identity Politics, but he admitted his politics is primarily grounded in his Jewish duty to protect Israel . He admitted on stage that his loyalty to the USA is dependent on US benefiting Israel. That should not b ok for any American. Moreover, they have not been a friend of US in any real sense, lots of words, no substance. Peace
Why is CHRIST IS KING suddenly controversial? No matter who says it or how they say it. Isn't this the basis of the Christian faith? Therefore anyone who professes to be a Christian can and should have the right to say it loud! What in the world is going on?
I do agree with Allie that “using the Lord’s name in vain to mean anything other than Christ is King, for reasons other than sharing the Gospel or spreading peace and hope,” is not okay. However I also worry that this may lead or is intended to lead to a greater effort to censor Christians, and their faith, and their public declarations, and I don’t think it’s that far-fetched to think that could happen. I think we should also be cautious about that.
Great point. I've been noticing this too for many yrs - the hyper-excited ppl who attend 'revivals' and the show 'The Chosen' concerns me a bit. It's great they're out there to bring interest & curiosity to this topic and to bring hope too but when it's obsessed over in radical zealous ways, this only turns more ppl off as they regard it as a cult and become desensitized and stop caring about talking about it anymore. We have to watch the boundaries b/c ppl don't take important things seriously when they're over-emotionalized. It reminds me of the overuse of the word 'love' or 'hate' too. We overuse the buzz words and do love bombing and then wonder why so much cynicism follows that kind of radical and immature behavior.
When people like Nick Fuentes represent the media's idea of Christianity, the rest of us will be censored as a result. That is why we have to take back "Christ is King". By definition, it does not belong to unbelievers until they genuinely repent.
Easter is pagan brought to you by the Catholic church. Christ name is yahusha, not Jesus. The jews do not believe in Christ and are offended by Jesus is king. Christians need to start getting a backbone. Israel in 2022 brought five hefers over to Israel from Texas. They brought them over in hopes one will pass in order to clean zionest preist to start the daily sacrifices. Then, at passover 2023, a group of jews went up to the temple mt trying to worship. 100 days later, you have oct 7th. Wow, you wonder what really is going on? Go look at what the zionest are trying to do. Look up the noahide laws.😢
As a Christian I was discouraged by Candace’s behavior primarily on twitter. She was using scripture in what felt like a very pointed way at Ben. When she’s called out for it she claims people are attacking her faith. It just feels very disingenuous that she doesn’t know what she’s doing. She is a very smart women and I do hope she was only using scripture in good faith, but from what I’ve seen I have my doubts.
Not sharing your perspective on this and I hope you will keep in mind it is just your perspective and you can't possibly know what is in her heart. But I can tell you the second somebody says that Christ is King is anti-Semitic then obviously said person is going to get incredible push back and people are going to just say it to say f you not going to tell me what to say what not to say and tell me a man like.
You are totally backwards. I have doubts u r Christain. Ben clearly started open hostilities ag her by smearing her to a crowd, captured on video. If u don’t know by now that Ben is 100% Israel first, u can’t b helped. Heck, he admitted it in an interview, on camera. He becomes irrationally unhinged on criticizing Israel. And Candace has been for quite a while been involved In intense Bible study & religious education, it’s been quite often she’s been referencing scripture for a long time now. And this was the Most Holy Week of the Year for all Christian’s, her St Matthew quote had nothing to do with Shapiro , he stuck his nose in bc he was angry she, like any well informed, morally rational Christian should, expressed concern for all the dead babies, both Palestinian and Israeli…. and later asked if Israeli response was so grossly disproportionate, inhumane….which is impossible for any truely moral Christain not to also think. Christain morality is far superior, not the same, as the demonic rabbinic talmudism of modern Jewry they all started following by 5 th century AD.
If the only time you've ever uttered "Christ is King" is on Twitter when you are dunking on unbelievers, you are not genuine. I pray they will genuinely repent and that true believers will have a louder voice when it comes to bringing people to Christ.
How do you know she never uttered it before outside of Twitter? I haven’t seen YOU utter “Christ is King” so I can make the same argument about you. No one is living with Candace 24/7 . She may say it in her home, she may have said it in the store or in public where the cameras were not on. Who are you to make such judgement. Ridiculous . Such a stupid comment .
Allie Beth, you’re sweet…but she 100% knew what she was writing when she writes Christ is King, because she has doubled down on her unintelligent, antisemitic tropes.
Seems to me, and yes i am a Christian, that people always forget to remove the plank from their own eye, before attempting to remove the speck from someone elses eye. Yes, Christ is King. But i still have love for Ben Shapiro, and Jeremy, and Candace, because Christ loves them and pursues them, as He pursues us all.
Loving them can mean calling them to repentance just like Peter did, even if that hurts their feelings: “Let all the house of Israel therefore know for certain that God has made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you crucified." Now when they heard this they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, "Brothers, what shall we do?" And Peter said to them, "Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” Acts 2:36-38

The Lion of Judah will roar! The first time, He came as a Lamb to be slaughtered. He will return as a Lion! In my opinion, Candace Owen's heart has turned in the wrong direction, and I attribute it in part to her British husband's Catholic influence. I listened to her interview with the rabbi, who wrote a scathing article about her. He made some good points but then went off the deep end and did everything he should not have done, manipulated, and did not allow her to speak. It was awful! I made one or two comments that were refuted and was cussed at by several ppl. Most, if not all, of the posts were deeply antisemetic.

Zionists are NOT Jews. Ashkenazi "Jews" are NOT the bloodline descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Our God, King, Lord, and Savior Jesus Christ was born as a Jew and yet HE was crucified to redeem ALL nations. Christian Zionists are the antichrists mentioned in 1 John 2 they claim to be the followers, disciples of Jesus Christ but have never belonged to Christ. You may have been brainwashed by the false teachers based on the false Scofield bible... and yet our Lord Jesus Christ is full of love, grace & mercy so REPENT and pray for courage & humility to seek and accept the truth from the Bible: who the true Israel of God is, the true Israel of God by faith VS by bloodline, and how Zionism is trying to replace and eliminate Jesus and what HE already accomplished through His life, crucifixion, and resurrection. JESUS IS KING.
Yes, thank you! I immediately distrust any phrase that seems to pop up out of nowhere and is suddenly everywhere. I’m a believer and this particular phrase is not something I say or hear said particularly often. Things like, “No King but King Jesus”, from the Revolutionary War…ok, I’ve heard that, and would immediately recognize it and its context. Celebrating Resurrection Sunday by saying, “Christ is risen”-I don’t come from a traditional, high-church background, but that’s not unusual to hear or say in that context. But this particular phrase…sounds very political to me. Yes, Jesus is the King of Kings, He’s the King of my heart, and yes, He’s coming back (!!!) to rule and reign as King…but His rule over this earth hasn’t been made manifest yet. This particular phrase is not something I feel a need to take part in; I have nothing to prove, and there are much better ways to share the gospel.
Candace has been throwing shade in such a passive aggressive way. It's so obvious, I can't even believe she's pretending to be innocent. She knew exactly what she was doing.
One thing I’ve noticed for a long time is….. Candace & Shapiro do not make public apologies or publicly confess that they are ever wrong over anything. So, I don’t hold my breath for either to be humble enough to take responsibility where and when they should. And, I simply do not believe when Candace said that her “blessed are…” post had nothing to do with Shapiro. I just don’t believe her. 🤷🏼♀️
@@Lolmos11 I have never seen her apologize. I remember her being wrong about mocking that woman in a wheelchair for being in an ad for adaptive clothing and she sort of vaguely blamed it on her team and then found a way to make it not her fault.

I agree with your comment in general but just mentioning I've actually seen him apologize when he's wrong. I have not yet seen that from Candace, although I truly hope she will be humbled and apologize for any intentional insensitivity in some of the remarks she's made lately.
Allie I watched a couple of interviews that you did one with Mike Rowe, and this one on the Candace Owen situation. Thanks so much for not fearing to share your testimony by not being ashamed to share the Gospel.
As an Orthodox Christian we say the following Jesus Prayer (which I would encourage everyone to learn): Lord Jesus Christ, Have Mercy on Me, A Sinner! This prevents a saying being used in a negative way, it’s also a prayer, and it recognizes the Kingship of Jesus.
My modern Christians do not have inner standing what you wrote. You are the orignal church. There are many false Christian Churches preaching out there spreading the false teachings of Christ.

Only Christ (who is, in fact, King) can take a situation like this and turn it for His glory and our good. Pray for those that proclaim Christ’s sovereignty out of selfish motives and pray for those that have not yet accepted this truth in their hearts, but rejoice that this truth is being spoken and may those who speak it do so with eternal joy and gratitude. “Christ is King” should be sung by all God’s children at the foot of His throne of grace for only by His grace are we made His children. If such a truth is shared with malice or pride or any other petty motivation, then it cannot sing in the hearts of those that desperately need such a King. Thank you again, Allie Beth, I am diving back in to God's word, and praying for discernment. Lastly, as my sister has been talking about, as we have been shocked to see the old "The Jews killed Jesus" bit. She and I agree - no. I killed Jesus. You killed Jesus. Our sin was only paid for by Jesus's birth, death and resurreccion! My sister also years ago, took down her posters with Christian sayings on them back when we were in University. I asked what in the world ate you doing? She said she realized she "had a 'bumper sticker' relationship with God. That she was letting posters that used to point her to Jesus had taken the place of prayer and study of God's Word. I think maybe some of the phrase used on " X" may be similar. Praying all of this will somehow be used to direct people to Jesus. Thank you again, extremely useful and moving.

@CunInv2525 All Christians agree and confess that Jesus is king. Only God knows, and can judge, the motives of their hearts. No Christian should be labeled anti-Semitic by anyone for simply expressing a core truth in their belief system.
Christ is King. this is a factual statement. I dont care if it's offenses anyone. "blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake."
The Bible does not state that. Gen. 12, the chapter that evangelicals often misquote, shows God specifically telling that to _Abraham_ , not Israel. Israel did NOT exist when God made that promise to him.
I just finished watching the rest of your commentary and want to commend you on giving such a wonderful and biblically correct gospel proclamation, may the Lord use it to save those who are lost.

I am a Christian and I believe that Christ is king. However I do not think that Jesus would like someone (in this case Candace) to utter that message to provoke another group rather than to assert an act of faith. Candace uttered with the intention of provoking Jews rather than for expressing love towards Jesus. This is what annoys me. She is quite clever when she puts out a message and many of her newfound followers (Hebrew Israelites, pro Palestine leftists and anti semitic blacks) will cling on to her because of this. Never use religion for clout and power on social media, religion comes from the heart.
@@johnbarkley925 that's good to know that you are a Christian and you know what people intentions are, when they are provoking other people . Really, good for you!

Wow Allie thank you. I'm a Catholic, I have followed Candace for several years and I, too, observed that she was not using this phrase in good faith. I think very highly of you (enjoyed watching you debate George Farmer and loved your interview with the lovely Candace Cameron Bure) and was so happy to see you thoughtfully considering this issue from an informed perspective versus so many who are making the assumption this phrase could never be weaponized in an antisemitic way. Jews haven't forgotten the persecution done to them by Christians, historically. Maybe more Christians should explore that because it was pretty horrific.
@karenmotherway6475. You seem to have a tunnel vision of history. Focusing on the persecution of only one group of people. Soooo many groups have been persecuted throughout history, including Christians (who continue to be persecuted and killed in some countries). The first ones to persecute Christians were... the Jews, during the first three centuries AD, until Christianity became the predominant religion. (From the Jewish perspective, the Christians were heretics, so they tried to eliminate them.)

@@anchorofhopecouncelingcent7515 No, it was not. If I say "Christ is King" to an atheist, it is not anti-atheist statement. If a Muslim says "God is great" in Arabic, it is not anti somebody. On top of that, Candace did not say it to anybody. It was her tweet in general.
If “Christ is King” becomes a rallying cry to incite hatred and evil deeds, then it is for certain the wrong thing to do. Christians should be humble peace makers. We should love our enemies and pray for them. Christ died for everyone, and we should not use his name to throw dirt in anyone’s eyes. Think about how terrifying it is to hear the words; Allah Akbar. They yell that as they chop off heads. We don’t want people to pick up the “Christ is King” and use it in an evil way that could reflect on true Christians. Yes, Jesus Christ is King, but Satan can use that statement to make us seem like the evil doers. Look what he did with God’s rainbow.
At the end of the day, God knows our hearts and He alone will judge. People should carefully examine their own hearts as to their motives before responding to anything trending online knowing one day that will stand before God Almighty to give an account.

Glad there's still someone from right-wing media circles willing to say the truth these days, we are to extend grace and humility to Israel, not because they are better or worse than other people, but for the simple fact that God choose the offspring of Abraham to bring His Word & Son into the world through their bloodline. Israel is His namesake, it is His righteousness we acknowledge. Our battle is not against flesh and blood but against the powers and principalities of the air, who Christ has already won Victory over. It is heartbreaking to see an explosion of people who claim Christ fall under the same spell as the rest of the world, they're driven to believe that the cause of all the worlds problems come from one race of people, the descendants of Abraham. Let us all go to the Scripture and pray that the Holy Spirit guide us in truth.
She's being a drama queen and politicizing the name of Jesus to try and win an argument, which is not the way. Regardless of whether or not she had anti-Semitic intent or not. There are a lot of drones repeating the phrase while misunderstanding it's use in this context. That's fine, say Christ is King all you want, don't be censored... but also don't become a useful idiot. God gave you the gift of reason, for a reason.
The thing is what is the context and the intent of Candace saying it. Christ is King is in no way anti-semitic since Jesus was born, died, raised again as a Jew. But as explained here, she used that as political retort against Ben Shapiro as being an Orthodox Jew. Ben Shapiro had invited christian preachers who also have said that to him, why Jesus is the Messiah, and why Messiah is God, which means Jesus is God, based on the Scripture and so on, and he listened to that with utmost respect and that's how it should be, bringing the gospel to people. By building a conversation when both sides could listen to and seed is planted. Whether he will accept that or not, it is up to him but the word has been planted in his heart. But what Candace is doing is using this true statement to subtle intimidate and to offend Ben's faith. She hasn't come out to explain about it and just let the people use this to attack Jewish people with political motives, that's how it was being taken as anti-semitism because it has been used as political statement against Jewish people and Israel. Even when the statement itself not anti-semitic, but how it is now used as political statement which is deemed anti-semitic. Andrew Clavan was a Jewish Christian and I agree with him on his take on that. Because it us true even Satan can use the scripture to deceive people and to create conflicts, instead of bringing peace. I believe Candace statement came from a good place, not accusing her of anything, but she should be able to come out and tell her followers to stop using that to cause such an overblown problem. And it is dangerous to use God's Name in vain, use God's words not in its approriate manner, which is to bring light and understanding, to bring hope and call for repentance and bring people to God. And not for our personal gain. To defend our own personal whatever opinion. Ben once commented on Candace Owen's bible quote, instead of trying to explain to him what the verse actually meant, she took offense on Ben's comment and started to critisize him instead. That's not how we will win people. If Ben was willing to listen to a pastor who break down on him the meanjng of Isaiah 53 prophecy about Jesus is Messiah and on hia face telling him Jesus is God and he listened to it respectfully, Candace could do that as well, instead of taking offense and started making the gap between them even more deep.
When disciples were being persecuted they still praised Christ even in the presence of those of others faith. That’s the entire point of Christianity! To continue praising God in trying times. So if Candace felt offended by Ben then that would be the perfect time to remind Ben that only Christ is king. Christians never went to Christian nations to teach about christ they went to non Christians. If Ben isn’t a Christian then the most Christian thing to do is to speak of Christ to him.
@@monetroshi true that. But that's not what Candace is doing. Remember Jesus and apostles also reminded us of false teachers, they who use Gods words not to glorify God but to elevate themselves. We have way too many suchs church, preachers and chrsitians too. That is why we are reminded to have discernment spirit, and Jesus show us to know things by its fruit. The thing is, Ben in all his controbersies and antics, he isn't someone Candace can have conversation with, Ben invited Christian preachers to his show and theu basically preach Christ to him. He listened, seed has been planted. And they didn't use Gods words to attack him personally because he didn't believe in Christianity. Therr is a difference betwreb usinh God's words to bring good news and to attack others for out personal gain? It is called exploting the scriptures for our own personal reason. Even satan can quote from the Scripture to tempt Jesus. So it is a matter of intent. And the fruits of those intent.

Wholeheartedly agree!! I said something very similar on another video about this. It goes beyond Candace.
What I worry about is letting bad actors tarnish Christ's Name. It's our duty to strongly condemn this.
As a Christian, you should know you have no idea on anyone's heart. That's your opinion, Candice is allowed to have her own!!!!

Loving them can mean calling them to repentance just like Peter did, even if that hurts their feelings:
“Let all the house of Israel therefore know for certain that God has made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you crucified." Now when they heard this they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, "Brothers, what shall we do?" And Peter said to them, "Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”

Thanks for this comprehensive review, Allie. I was very confused by the whole thing, and you helped clarify the situation.

Have you ever come across 2 Peter 2 in the Bible? Christians are supposed to protect their faith from people who abuse it. If Nazis use Christianity to push their ideology, we as Christians have to speak against it.
It was used as an attack statement in an angry way, not a statement of faith. It's your problem when you support hostile reactions using Jesus' name.

Acts 2:36-38
The gospel will always be offensive and divisive to non-believers. No need to apologize for it
@@anchorofhopecouncelingcent7515 No, it was not.
Christ is King is a very Catholic thing to say. It is not a dog whistle. If we don't say it, the rocks will shout it.
But white supremacists are using Christ is King as a rallying cry.
They are taking our Lord’s name in vain! And I’m Catholic.
Look up the "INRI" sign posted above the cross.
did you watch the Fuentes video? What of you think of the way "Christ is King" is used?
It is equally used by Protestants; however, Nick Fuentes and his followers are definitely misusing that Name.
lol wow she is probably heavily influenced by her catholic husband …
"Some indeed preach Christ even of envy and strife; and some also of good will: 16The one preach Christ of contention, not sincerely, supposing to add affliction to my bonds: 17But the other of love, knowing that I am set for the defence of the gospel. 18What then? notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretence, or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will REJOICE." - Philippians 1:15-18 KJV.
I would love it if you ever teach a women’s bible study. You’re such a wonderful and inspiring Godly young woman!
Allie, you did an awesome job of entertaining what has taken place with the subject “Christ is King.” Giving the biblical context of this statement reached up to the heavens and likely brought a huge applause along with Believers here. And may have brought more into the Kingdom. 🙏❤️
Thank you for clearing this up for me. Also, thank you for your strong, clear, heartfelt presentation of the gospel.
You are exactly correct. Too many ignorant Christians not reading their Bibles. Romans 11 for instance.
AMEN Allie. A wonderful explanation of the Christian gospel. Anyone should understand all that you said.
"Christ is King" has been around for 2000 years.
Thank you, allie. You used this as an opportunity to share the gospel.
Praise the Lord❤
But isn't Ben the same person that says: Fact over feeling?
@@KEAWE7 he ssif facts doesn't care about your feelings. Yes fact doesn't care about our feelngs. But we can hurt other people feelings by any means includinh using facts or in this case distorting facts.
@@featherkutz5894 basically the new statement should be:. "Fact count only for you not for me!'
CHRIST IS KING. Viva Cristo Rey!
Thankful for Allies break down of this. I have so much more clarity about the topic. I genuinely appreciate how Allie keeps us gospel focused and ends all her conversations in hope. It’s incredibly refreshing!
She's controlled. She'll never go against the Jewish people and narrative.
Allie, you are charity itself, but I think Candace did know what she was saying.
Yep. I love Allie partially because she does give grace, even more than what I would give some people(who revealed themselves to be wicked anyway).
She’s truly devoted to Christ. ❤
Thank you Allie, for addressing a contentious topic with the truth of Christ and the love of God's Spirit. Inspiring!
Christ is King!!! He is a King of the whole universe!!!
