I was just going to say the same thing when I saw your post. I still watch a few others but honestly like you said none compare. Sean works the property as if the homeowner is a paying customer, he is meticulous when it comes to edging, trimming, and cleaning up trash. My favorite thing is that he does not leave piles of cut grass all over the lawn. So many at least the ones I watch take the tree limbs and shrubs but they leave all the grass debris behind. All of them do seem to cut and weed-eat the grass very low, which I used to do, then I was told by a lawncare professional that I was cutting it too low, now I have my mower set at 5 inches and my grass is so much greener and healthier. I may have to mow a little more often but it's worth it to me.

One of the other sites that I watch, M&D Lawn Care, occasionally uses a device that looks homemade. It is sort of like a metal overshoe that straps on. The interesting thing is it has a metal plate / blade that sticks out in front. So, they use the metal blade power edger for a couple of feet, then kick with the blade shoe to clear the surface. It works really well, for them at least.

I remember this one. Not sure if I saw all the videos as I didn't remember you pulling all those chairs out of that grass mound. That thing reminded me of a clown car. Each time I was like holy smoke there is another one. I like you using the water bottle to clean the fence, definitely before you picked up your pressure washer. Keep the videos coming!

Sean, I know what you mean by rain. I just cut my grass yesterday after 3 weeks. Weather would say no rain and we got rain. I stretched out cutting 1-1/2 acres to 3 hours and finally got my vitamin D, exercise and tan 😊🥰 I have to say you go way above and beyond for all your clients 💜💜💜
This is the second time you've done an overgrown yard on video that I've watched, and both times, the backyard had a lot of hidden concrete or stones for people to spend time. This, to me, is the best part of a lawn video: uncovering "what lies beneath".
They must have felt so relieved to have their garden looked after. It only takes poor health or some other misfortune for things to spiral out of control. Good job!

Although it might be depressing to go back and see nothing has been done since your visit, perhaps when putting these compilations together, esp. with a year or so since, you could do a quick revisit to see what the current look of the place is... see if the plants have grown flowers since being trimmed etc... Have to say, your power-washing technique has improved a lot since then... pouring a bottle of water on the gate to wash off the whipper snipper mud spray (at about 5:50) compared to more recent efforts... ;)
Oh, yeah, that was a bad one. But look at the difference! Clean and neat and tidy. It's livable and usable. I like the cement areas in the back. Good for sitting or storage. You guys did an awesome job.
