I have a theory..i think the U8N will probably become the best miniled for 2024 cus hisense updates the tv regularly, the same as they did with the u8k now, the U8K is incredible!
Thanks for the video and your work as always. My old Vizio P75-F1 is finally giving out and looking to buy. In your opinion for those that can't afford OLED, which do you think is better? The Hisense U8K (you kind of raved about for what it is), this new U8N, or the TCL QM8? Or do you suggest another 75 or 77 inch in the same price range of under 2k?
I Woled is old tech and can't escape QD-OLED benefits. To say that the woled tech looks better is nothing short of a lack of experience with perceptual calibration. QD-OLED is an upgrade over woled because of quantum dots. He would have you believe that having quantum dots means nothing, which literally defines science.
So what ur saying is, if I was gonna buy a hisense tv then buy last years u8k, u7k rather than the u8n, u7n. Is last year's hisense tv's better than this year?
Hi, I've just come across your excellent channel, it's superb...I'm in the UK and I would appreciate your recommendation...i have a Sony 75x90j and the picture is crap, would you recommend a Samsung 77s90c or a Samsung 75qn90c Best tv channel on TH-cam....do you recommend i wait for the new TCL or Hisense...Best regards
Mini-LED with matte Display would be an exciting next step. I think most people realized that matte finishing isnt that bad and gives you superior anti reflection in bright rooms
Oh man, it is gonna be one F of a year that’s right one F of a year, trying to keep it PG-13, kind of. Well, all I could say is Heisson fumbled the ball this year and TCL, I mean, if it does pick it up It’s gonna want it’s gonna have one hell of a win this year. I am not getting my hopes up too much, but I didn’t notice the difference between TCL and high sons at CES this year, they didn’t come as let’s just say, hi since did not come out swinging hard this year with their TVs, but I didn’t notice that TCO did. so it could be their chance to be the king of many LED if they stepped up their color game and black levels it is going to be one hell of a win for them. Can’t wait to see the QM7 and Q8M or is it the QA, I think it’s the QA, QM7, QA, Q7, and they’ll two and they’ll tell two friends and they’ll tell two friends, and so on and so on and so on, I’m just Wayne’s world touring here. 6:28
6:04 I've never seen orange like the one on the left. I have with the one on the right the "continue" button that is. The one on the right has orange like an orange fruit. The one on the left looks red. 6:52 Neither looks correct. Too much red on the left, too much yellow on the right.
My Hisense U8G has been nothing but reliability and software issues. The picture is great, but It still crashes and reboots all the time. I'm on my 3rd mainboard. With every repair, the TV works for a few months, and then the issues return .
Even if QD-Oleds are amazing they're out of reach for me, too expensive! I'll wait for the new 2024 TCL C855 vs the U8N reviews and i'll probably buy the winner.
It's always bridge the gap. If you can bridge the gap, then make the Samsung that much better as well. Money beats all.....I mean you, not the TV. Always complaining. Never -- This TV is amazing or it's better than expected. It's always; I'll take a Philips TV from 2008 and make it look almost as thrilling as a 30K Sony Reference monitor. By an S90C and be done with it. It's a TV. What the F are you watching? I don't watch 8K movies all day or even 4K or even 1080P. Broadcasts are 99% in 1080i still. Movies are compressed. I'll take a TV that upscales crap content over ant 100K dollar 12K TV. Ahh Micro-LED. That's yhe Holy grail. Modular.
I can do before and after? I made the S95D look amazing compared to anything it ever looked like. Same with the U8N. im not gonna say its amazing if its not.
@@Quantum_TVYoo speaking of the S95D I’m thinking about purchasing it bro just one question, your settings were absolutely incredible I saw the member only videos some were titled “S95D HDR settings” do those videos replicate the picture quality to that used in your S95D video when showcasing Spider-Man 2 specifically, cause that gameplay was absolutely stunning, thanks again man appreciate all the hard work🤌🏻
The black levels are amazing on the U8N
Those black levels on the U8N are impressive!
I have a theory..i think the U8N will probably become the best miniled for 2024 cus hisense updates the tv regularly, the same as they did with the u8k now, the U8K is incredible!
Who knows

The u8n is the best and worst tv at the same time
Lol exactly, i returned my u8k because of horrible dse, local dimming was absolutely insanely good... Got s90c instead
Great Video. Thabks , Q!!
Would you recommend the U8N over 2023 QM8 ?
so would you say the S90D is pretty much the S95D with a non-matte screen?
Will be signing up soon to get those S90C numbers dialed in.
Do you think they will fix posterization and orange faulty behaviors? Is it Fixable? i dont remember this type of error so bad on previus model U8K
Classy Tech Calibrations said the C4 looks better than the S90D on his latest comparison what do you say to that?
I Woled is old tech and can't escape QD-OLED benefits. To say that the woled tech looks better is nothing short of a lack of experience with perceptual calibration. U8N vs the U8K?
Would you recommend buying the Hisense this year?
Stay tuned for the U8N review
U8k vs u8n anytime soon?
As happens with TCL, with those prices you can’t really fault Hisense

Just got my LG C3 55'' for 699 but find it a bit dim but thinking if i should get this but at the same time i got a nice deal
Did you turn off the ECO mode?
@@abelramos8652 I did.
Can you do q8fn vs u8n?
Thank you for making the video Quantum. I hope to see some more q8fn vs new TV videos in the future. Have a great day!
Do you have the QM851G tv?
Not anymore
@@Quantum_TV where u buy it at? I can't find it online.
Is there still gonna be settings for the s95b?
For S95B settings can go to AVS Forum
How about dirty screen effect u8n?
Its there but faint
Posturization???? What the heck is that? I couldn’t find it in the dictionary 🤷♂️
The U8N isn't bad but the picture looks flat compared to the Samsung on nearly every example.
Hi Quantum. What about Sony A95L vs Samsung S95D? Which would be better? I want to buy the A95L this year, that's why I'm asking. Thanks.
Something is telling me that qn90D QLED is going to give Oleds a run for their money.
But fomo, Brian, Kg said matte finish is good. How can this be?😮
Ask them
The orange is incurable? What percentage of the posterization is removed? Feels like the U8n should be skipped entirely?
Yes its incurable. Not sure on the exact %
Mini-LED with matte Display would be an exciting next step. I think most people realized that matte finishing isnt that bad and gives you superior anti reflection in bright rooms
Clearly you did not do you homework they destroy clarity and sharpness because of coating 🤣🤣🤣

Sony cameras have a red push. Recording tvs won't give exactly what it looks like, but can show stark differences.
U8N focused on brightness this year and sacrificed accuracy. Yuck.
Yuck
Where is the S85D?
Not getting that model.
bruih what the point to compare 2 screen that are not even close price wise.
So 3000 nit

The Hisense is trash no LCD tv can match an OLED tv.
