When we see through the falseness of our beliefs, the truth of yourself and life is much, much clearer! This video clip is a sample of "The Work" with Byron Katie. The Work is simply four questions and a "turnaround" to ask oneself about our beliefs. If you feel stress, there is a great chance that an untrue belief is running in the mind. This type of inquiry is a perfect way to discover if your beliefs are true. If they are not- they dissolve and your experience of life is lightened and more free.

What would you suggest to help all the lost people? Church? (yeah, no charisma there) Psych meds? (yeah, that's always safe.) I think Byron Katie is less full of crap than most other methods.
