Great product! How does it hold the guide in place? Does it just rest against the groove on the guide? Also - my bolt is broke off flush, so do I need to worry about taking bolt out or does this just rest over top?

My problem is the bottom chain guide bolt broke off and is mared up around the hole for the bolt

I had the same issue today. I was fortunate that i was able to remove it. I took the smallest pin punch I had and ground the tip to make it like a chisel head and was able to lightly tap it at an angle to get it to turn. Once it got a couple turns on it was able to get my fingers to turn it out all the way. They are not in that tight.
