If cops really put a knee on an asthmatic's back for 20 minutes and the child left the interaction dead, the police involved should answer for it. Sounds like some details might be missing, though.
Why is the family giving the "inference" that the security officers or police or mall did something wrong if no one knows why he was unresponsive? You can just smell the aroma of lawsuit coming off of the family. A press conference when you don't even know WHY he died yet? Pretty pathetic. They themselves said he was asthmatic and said he "was probably" sick at the mall. This is a real stretch.
Also there is no reason for a security guard to have his knee on him for so long. You probably have no children and no common sense. Mall is ran by Cartel anyways...
