I went on a delicious golden hour morning walk this morning. It awakens my soul in the most shivering way. I am thankful to have found a youtuber that combines cinematic filming with health and self improvement knowledge. I love romanticizing my life with my favorite youtubers! ❤️🧚♀️✨ Thank you for all the work you put into it
"You are nature" is one of my favourite reminders, so thank you :) I just went for a night away in the mountains not far from where I live and felt so rejuvenated. It always astounds me how connected and grounded I feel after truly slowing down and spending time in quiet nature. As you said, it's all out there for us. No need for expensive biohacking. As always, sending love
i love how you ended the video, such sweet words :) i enjoy hearing about the garden updates and soil tips :) the mug is so cute and i love cacao a lot, maca and shatavari has been super helpful, ive also been enjoying he shou wu as well :) i love how beautiful and cozy your drink looks, once a friend shared that we also eat with our eyes and i can understand that more with how you present things :) also love how you promote natural fibers :) it's wonderful how you're creating such positive influence through your platforms 🌈🙏🌼
Emma you are so blessed to live in an area with decent stone fruit -- I'm in FLorida where the only summer local produce are okra (yuck) leeks and something else -- all the great food is further north and west. Even peaches and apricots that have been trucked in are hard as baseballs and by the time they get soft, they are dark and mushy inside. It's hard to eat any decent produce anymore, it's all tasteless and bred for looks and ease of transport.
@@emmalrobles Sadly, no -- oranges grown in FL are seeded and all sold to the orange juice companies, we can only get navals and mandarins from CA or overseas. The recent blight from orange tree pests have practically ruined the crop, so the pickins are slim all the way around. There is a strawberry season here, early spring, but not sold everywhere. You really are so lucky!
Oh, i loved your video so much and i was really sad when you were saying goodbye 🥺 you're my main motivator in this beautiful experience of life, of being human, of being women and a par of our nature Thank you from all cells of my body ❤!
@@Виктория-и4з5я omg you’re making me tear up 🥹 thank YOU for being here. Knowing that there are other like minded souls out there is my main motivator. Sending you a BIG hug through the ethers 💛💛
Listening here in Florida where the faucet water is Luke warm & not a cold body of water insight 🤣😅 but jokes aside, I understand your message & I think it is so important to find ways we can incorporate healing into our lives for free or near free! I did end up taking the least amount of financial damage for a cold shower and purchased a $20 camping shower and full it with ice when I want a cold shower!
Have you found natural fibre period undies? I think I have Knix and the materials are not my fav. Your eyes are beautiful! Thanks so much for the chat and garden tour 😄
So true . Stay true to yourself . Stop watching others online …. Judging and comparing….. and being jealous…. These vids need to be shared 100X over especially to the youth of the world . 🎉❤ I don’t buy into the trends they are pushing online lol …..I get up early and walk the dog as well ,….its 90’s here in Florida with humidity 😅
Lovely inspiring video again🌻✨. Are you never afraid of ticks when you walk barefoot? I love walking barefoot in the grass, but since I was bitten I don't dare anymore :(
How would someone who has gut issues use the calendula and/or marigold to soothe any IBS? Thanks for the tip on the biohacking, it's all marketing and makes those of us who watch their finances feel left behind -- I'm all for saving money and doing the natural thing!
you would make a tea from them! i usually will steep about 2 tsp of dried flower in 1 cup of hot water or make sun tea. or use about 1 fresh flower for the same amount of water
