Would this be considered Nihon Buyo? Who was the dancer? Is she a senior geisha or a trainer dancer? What was the storyline of this dance?

This is a Japanese dance.
This woman is "Fujima Kanyo".
She is a Japanese dance teacher and dancer.
She is not a geisha.
This is a traditional performance, sung about plum blossoms, and is an auspicious song to celebrate the New Year.
