This video came at the perfect time. I'm trying to get back into taking care of my skin. Two years ago I developed a still undiagnosed chronic illness that upended my life. Add in a few mental breakdowns and it's fair ti say that I haven't even consistently washed my face, let alone done a full routine, in a long time. But my new treatment program is helping and I'm ready to get back to being me.
And who better to motivate me than the person who got me interested in skincare in the first olace 10 years ago (when I was only 20!). Thank you, Caroline. 🧡🧡🧡

Would recommend the Charlotte Tilbs tinted lip oils, only available on the website - but they’re very lightly tinted and exact same texture as the original!

Thanks for this! I have found new night time cream. I've got the mature, dry, sensitive, reactive, cr&p, skin. I tried Glossier after baume cream. Have been using for 3 months, still on first jar. I love this. Calms my skin. I've only used it at night as a last step, I don't think it would play well under make up. I have 2 complaints. The glass jar is heavy, so I need to use a tiny travel jar. Second, Glossier needs to put in a tiny plastic spatula in the lid. If you have any finger nails, it gets under them. I used a plastic spatula from another product. I don't mean to go on, but when I find something, I like to share.

My skin has never been better since I ditched all the different serums eyecreams etc I use a simple cleanser same moisturiser day and night tretinoin at night and SPF everyday and I have saved a fortune
If you love K-8 but don't like the price I recommend Sanitas PeptiDerm. It has the same ingredients and the packaging is the same. It's an absolute dupe.

Would love the Skin Rocks fragrance as a perfume. It’s absolutely BEAUTIFUL! One of the few skincare products that my husband doesn’t mind the smell of too 😅
I feel EXACTLY the same way about the fragrance of the 'Amika: The Bond' shampoo and conditioner. Heavenly. Wish they made a body wash and body lotion with that exact fragrance. 🥰

Hey Caroline, when you say grip not slip, which parts of our routine are you referring to? Spf obviously causes slip because of the amount we have to use so I am just wondering ☺️ I am assuming you refer to it with serums and moisturiser?

Caroline I have to say I didn’t get on with curel mist at all. It is so sticky I couldn’t apply anything on top. Ended up throwing it away (😱😱) 😩😩😩

You can use auto correct. No need for two!
What spf do you recommened I sometime suffer with eczema and allergic to lanolin alcohol and potassium dichromate want a nice long lasting glow I use curel spray as a moisturiser please x

what brand is the top?
does spf still stay good for a while if you cut it and put the remaining in a container that is kept in a dark drawer away from the sun?
SPF should not be transferred from the container it is sold in as this can affect the texture and efficacy of the SPF, meaning you may not not be getting full protection.
Why do you not like an SPF eye cream x

I like that you're open about cutting open empties. I use the same technique as you! feel no way about it. I want my money's worth and I hate waste.
Me too. There's always a startling amount left in most packages of skincare/haircare products. What a waste to chuck it away when you could get a couple more weeks of use out of it.

You just need to make sure you've cleaned your face properly.
