I used to rock the Logitech G613 wireless mechanical keyboard but I moved and had to get a smaller desk and the keyboard didn’t really fit well with my set up. I’ve been thinking about getting a wireless mouse but it scares me thinking about how I have to get a really good one where the latency won’t be an issue. Logitech has always been my go to for any peripherals tbh. The G502 x Lightspeef wireless looks FIRE! Would love one of those :D
and reactive barrier lol (and silence glyph, curse, ethereal shift, or antiheal) most of these counters are pretty generically powerful against everyone and they dont really feel like 300iq moves, with very few exceptions
heads-up on a small error in the video- monster rounds' bullet resist doesn't work against mcginnis turret, as her turrets are considered spirit dmg. tested this just to make sure after seeing you say it lowers the damage you take from her turrets at 11:15, which isn't true. very great video and awesome content btw.
Real. The movement system adds so much skill ceiling and fun to literally every character, most intuitive building system I've ever used, and the general gameplay loop is so fun I don't hate the game when losing like I did in smite and league
I'm not a fan of any pvp game where everyone is at a different power level. How am I supposed to compete with good players who farm 30k souls in the first 10 mins? They are better than me and have more power. How's a new player ever supposed to compete with that?
@@brakkiesboithe game does a great job at matching you with new players until you win a certain amount, and then your matches will be quite fair. it won’t be very sweaty unless you get really good and even then I feel like the game design makes tough opponents more bearable
One omission seems to be attack speed slows. Several characters rely on being able to attack quickly. Granted, it depends on which sort of build the enemy chooses, but characters like Wraith and Ivy tend to focus on attack speed, and slowing that down pretty much shuts down their dmg contribution completely.
I really like how you pointed out the use of reactive barrier as this made me realize that I need to utilize it more. I think there was not enough mention of Silence Glyph though. That is my go-to item in nearly every game and I can’t count how many times I catch people off guard. Doesn’t matter if I play Haze, Shiv or w/e else.
Another really good tech against Abrams is getting debuff reducer to counter his charge, stun, heavy punch combo. Debuff reducer will actually give you enough time to get out of stun and parry which always takes them by surprise
I think return fire is not good. On paper it seems great but hazes are either deep I their own jungle farming, or well beyond the point that it makes a difference.
My G502 Proteus Core just started malfunctioning after about 10 years of use! I fricken loved this mouse, it’s been with me through so many great experiences. My Logitech G keyboard is also showing a lot of age from like 8 or 9 years of use. Yeah, I want ‘em all, but I’d love to win the contest just to replace my m+k without breaking the bank lol 😅
Yep, does boost your damage against them still. In the same vein, buying heroic aura as Mcginnis gives her turrets the extra fire rate given to minions.
i don't know about supper high rated games but most of the time it is better to build toward making your character stronger than countering enemy characters. you generally need improved bullet or spirit shield depending on who is snowballing in enemy team and for counter items its better to think about late game counter items like metal skin vs haze. this game is not like dota2 or lol that being ahead in level helps you kill the enemy (building defensive is always better when you are ahead). each character have set items that he/she needs to build for their build to activate like if you are lady geist and they have abrams its better to go for improved burst and leach than healbane and curse.
The viscous advice here wasn't too good. I'll explain. Full investment on ultimate gives around 70 and 60% resistance. Pretty common synergy items for visc have more resistance in any typical build. Focusing a silence for ball is better because all he can do in ball is spam abilities. In pretty much any fight it's better to gimp the ball with silences and slows to punish over extending. When it comes to extra stamina I would say it's good but not because of the dodging abilities. Viscous is odd, ideally he wants melee damage to scale up the punch and gets to store 4 hits with it. You do want mobility to counter him, mostly because early on he's looking to displace and punch you to death. It's why the character is actually fairly strong against characters like Abrams and bebop when you lean into his core gimmick (high melee ability synergy and cube abusing). When it comes to walking down viscous for a kill, keep in mind that is cube me make an immune to damage what is affected by any type of CC. You can essentially see him into a cube and throw a stun on him to try to secure the kill easier. It's the same premise with the ball, being that you can get both offensively and defensively by stacking a bunch of debuffs to it around movement. The ball is going to be incredibly tanky, so it's better to gimp its offense by making it more difficult to use as an approaching tool, take away a lot of its damage by keeping him in a silence, and hindering it as an escape tool.

I think, then seven built trough 3 skill, knockdown usless. More value will have any heal reduce, move and shooting speed reduce, and ofc curse, if seven main carry in enemy team
I'm not really a fan of actives in these types of games. Kinda just feels like 1 extra layer of complexity than the game needs, but can't say I'm not getting good value out of Curse.
i played a game vs a mentally handicapped cheater on grey talon, and when watching replay i saw that he got killed by our geist popping on metal skin + return fire at the same time and that dumbass kept headshoting her and died, so maybe if you playing vs hacker and it can be theoretically winnable game you should try our this combo.
I mostly just wanted to see if there was any way to help counter Kelvins ice beam slow, but there really isn't aside from don't get hit or dash away. By far the ability I find most annoying in the game

Mcginnis main here, What you suggested can be countered² using debuff and Healing booster. McGinnis rly hates Bullets so haze and vindicta are hard counters. By the inbuilt spirit resist from lvl 1 and by the turrets. McGinnis if possible, really loves to pick her fights and i mean really. because of extra stamina and monster rounds herself she can out push you so it's bettee to gank
It’s so hard for me to use actives, I came from smite so having to use an active to replace an item build keeps throwing me off, also the binds. I’m used to F being my first active and ill always end up doing a parry 😭 need to re wire my brain
You can always rebind your keys to something you're used to! I came from playing valorant hand had to rebind my abilities to my valorant binds, and I have my items on 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Also averagejonas has a video on how to make your items quick cast in the config. (Casting without needing to click after pressing the key). It’s really good for stuff like decay/curse because when I’m comboing stuff i can’t be pressing left click to activate items on people

All haze needs is ustop, silencer, and debuffremover and you can't do anything to her. Items need balance or she needs a big nerf
