I had 2 used up candles which I melted down and poured into silicon ice cube trays, to recycle them into wax melts. They filled a coffee jar. It's been about 6 months and I've still got loads left. Recommended!
I'd be interested to know as a minimalist how you budget. I've seen videos before but for privacy we don't get the full numbers. So could you do it with an imaginary income, such as £34,500 which is apparently the median UK income? I'd be interested what you'd allocate to what and what you would do with the remainder. More difficult with your actual salary as you'd be telling us what it is if you gave us the numbers eg for travel food savings. But I'm curious how being a minimalist would impact on your choices at a particular salary level.
we all know that nespresso pods are horrible for the environment, the recycling process needs a shit load of energy and can't get recycled forever. and that's ok. you do a LOT for the environment in a lot of ways and nobody is perfect -if these pods are your guilty pleassure, so it is :) (just so you know, there are reuseable pods for the nespresso maschines,you fill them with coffee yourself, use them as usual and refill them the next time. maybe you didn't know about them and find it interesting :))

A dehumidifier machine in each room can be helpful to reduce damp, plus removing curtains. 💧
