Thanks for sharing. I have relatives that are moving to Spring Hill. Nolensville sounds awesome. My last name is Nolen and my grandfather born and grew up in Memphis.
Nolensville needs to find an alternative to the two lane, ridiculously busy Nolensville Rd. I wouldn’t move there for any reason.I live in east Brentwood and we avoid Nolensville Rd. There’s bumper to bumper traffic at virtually any time of the day
Great question. During the meeting referenced in the video, when asked about the impact to schools, the developers said they were not required to work with Williamson County schools as a part of the submission process, but that "historically townhome, mixed-use products have a much lower child [sic] than a single-family only residential project would have."
So how does this impact traffic in Nolensville? What about demand on infrastructure such as schools, police, fire, ambulance, etc? Development make developers rich but leaves legacy homeowners frustrated one the developers leave with their money.
Tiny 2 lane country roads that are already overburdened. Typical Nashville area development with few access points. Roads and infrastructure are never a priority. Add lanes to the road before building. Nolensville road today has the same capacity it did in 1977.
Makes sense except that Nolensville Rd is a state hwy that’s controlled by TDOT, so the town has no control over it. There are proposed solutions on the table to help direct traffic around the historic district via a bypass. We shall see.
Nolensville finally gets it! This will be wonderful!

That’s great! You should visit sometime and see if it calls to you :)

Nice❤
Thanks!
I hope it is nice. All this new building looks cheap and temporary. It used to have so much character here.
I couldn’t agree more. Fingers crossed!
What is the expected impact on the school system

Great video 👍🏼

It will impact traffic tremendously because the people inside the town Square will have no reason to get in the car and go anywhere anywhere.
