Finally got myself in the air today. Only a 2pack test. it felt so good to be back out but fuck me it was cold.got the osd sorted as well 👍🏻cheers for that. Now just gotta wait for a couple of bits to arrive to tidy the rebuild.time to continue the carnage💥
I think today [Thurs] has to be the coldest feeling yet. 4 degrees feels like a good minus 4. Not been out for FPV for a few weeks. Been busy working with the other drones & that's getting a bit o the nippy side too. I may set up a longer antenna cable & mount the FPV feed & range antennas on the roof of the car so I can fly sitting in a bit of warmth.
Raven FPV that sounds like a plan.i thought about sitting in my car and flying in my breaks at my old work but people used to always come talk to me or tap the roof when I used to sleep or watch Netflix so I never trusted it.
Yeah buddy. Wasn't that cold. It's the wet that gets you. Conformal coat up the boards & spend a bit of time cleaning the kwads when they dry out. Can't wait for the snow.
Finally got my new board or should I say boards.f3 same as before but I got the speedybee as well which is a really nice board to work on super simple took me like 15 mins to swap it all over. Only downer is I can’t use the osd on it as it fills my screen with loads of v’s so I have to turn it off and use the osd on the RunCam. Not had a chance to take it out yet but will do hopefully in the next day or so as I have a random night shift to do tomorrow then off until the 4th.
Raven FPV did a bit of reading and found that,but for some reason the app doesn’t have the font settings on it bit of a bummer. I don’t a have a pc so I try and use my brothers but it’s a pain. the app seems to have pretty much everything else on it.cant do the esc/motor calibration
Dunno if you have any idea with this but my wizard/chameleon seems to have decided to give up on me. I get the all the tones from the esc bar the last one and I’ve noticed my fc no longer lights up. Have checked and re soldered it but nothing seems to wanna play ball.im screwing for a fly and haven’t been out for a few months cos of starting a new job and redoing a bathroom so life has been in the way but I’ve had a few days off so I thought I’d give it a try and also pick ya brains cheers
You could try to re-flash either betaflight or butterflight firmware & see if the board comes back. See if the board lights up when you connect it to the computer. If it doesn't light up the board has probably died.
Raven FPV 😩 nooooo ! I plugged it in a few days ago and it wouldn’t do anything so I think it’s the end of it then. I got one of those SpeedyBee ones on the way but I’m getting impatient now lol.

The v's on the screen will be the font used on the osd. Change it for a different one.

@@nickthegreek1882 give it a wiggle & try again. They are usually pretty good boards. May be the USB port.
If your board lights up when the usb is plugged on and it's connected to the pc. Then the problem isn't the fc
No lights then buy a new fc
