Thank you! Did you manage to grab the 40x40x28mm PFB0412EN-E? The 75x80x30 blower is 100g heavier and half the pressure and 10 less cfm. Still a crazy fan though! :D
Its not as cliquey as the Voron community which put me off building one so I built a Pro 3D V-King 400 who's community is built around Roy the designer of the V-King and V-Baby
Thank you! Thanks for making the VolcoMosq, that thing is seriously all i've ever wanted from a hotend. It's genious, and i love it! Count me in for the Dragon version! :D
This is powder coated PEI, i love this stuff. Seems indestructible, even when dragging plated copper nozzles across it :) Adhesion is great for most things except ABS and Nylon. For this one i used Dimafix to avoid knocking the benchy off :)
This is insane! So did the 7530 fan not work out as well as the 40x40x80? I'd imagine the 7530 costs you some acceleration and by the print quality you're getting with the 40x40x80 it seems like that's plenty of airflow!
Speed? Dang, yes!
Quality? DANG YES!
Best fast benchy print I’ve seen so far!
Congratulations!
Wow! Thank you so much Albert!
very good quality !! I need to try again now that I have the RSCS :) And I might take your 7035 fan design ;) Congrats

@@miklschmidt oh Ty. I will order
@@Vez3D unfortunately i think it’s sold out everywhere 😩
Rat Rig has THE GREATEST community in 3D printing!! If you aren’t a part of it, you’re missing out.
Great job Mikkel!👏🥲
Thanks so much!

Oh My God, thats just Amazing, cant wait for my Ratrig =)
It's a beast! :D
OK. So what are we doing two years from this in 2024 when I finally got Klipper to run on my Anycubic Vyper?
Have you tried Lines infill? I've found it a bit faster than cubic, and doesn't cross its own path so is less likely to knock over the print.
Congrats 👏 a really nice run...

@@miklschmidt Let's wait for the copper run of the VolcoMosq.. then I might have a go at the dragon..
@@Nitram_3d One thing at a time! :)
Awesome job!
Mikkel, great job!
let's goooo!!! Rat Rig 🔝👊🔝
What drivers, motors and voltage?
Either I could not see it, or it really was not mentioned. What extruder was used?
BMG :)
What plate are you using? I'm very new to printing and I'm finding my plate is wearing out and starting to need glue. Do you use glue you self here?

LOL at the effort to grab the stupid ABS dangly.
What infill do you get away with on a speed benchy?
10% as per the rules :) Cubic seemed to be the fastest option.
We need to strip some weight..

It worked out super well on the minion! But the 40x40x28 has twice the pressure and 10 more CFM and is 100g lighter!
@@miklschmidt well hot diggity darn! I might have to try that. Seems like the only downside then is noise.
@@_CRiT_hits_ Yes! it is NOT quiet 😂 tbf though, 30% PWM is equivalent to dual 5015's and it's pretty quiet at that speed so it's all good :)
What voltage is that fan?
12V, 30W :D
