Well, Imperial Army Troopers (in this case Mud Troopers,) notably are not Stormtroopers, hence why they don't look like them. They'd be on the same list as figures like General Veers and such. They make up the majority of the Empire's army outside of Stormtroopers. Note also the regular look seen in Andor for the Imperial Army
Comparing the Mimban imperial soldier to the elite stormtroopers is sorta meh, not 100% a good comparison. It’s like comparing a jeep to a tank, it’s obviously not going to be as cool but in its own area it fits in great. Good list otherwise though
