Can't believe how much work you put into this recipe with all the air fryers. You are the best. I love this recipe I hope they have the calamari you mentioned at our Walmart. My whole family likes it. Say hi to Jeff and have a great week. 🤗
You have the perfect personality for teaching us! Honest, relatable and accurate..... Other chefs (cooks) seem to lack this. Happy New Year Louise and Jeff!
Good video. I can tell you actually are experienced with the recipe as opposed to so many videos of people who look up a recipe and then make a video. It essential. I catch cuttle fish all the time while fishing and just got an air fryer. Really looking forward to trying this I’m sick of getting splattered with hot oil.
I appreciate that! I create and test all of my recipes before making videos and posting them on the Internet. I think the difference is I'm a recipe creator first and a TH-cam video creator second. The recipes are most important, and they must work! LOL. Please let me know how the cuttlefish turns out.
@@TheSaltedPepper I finally did my cuttlefish today. I made a few mistakes but I thought it turned out great myself. Mine weren’t as evenly brown as yours I think because I used the top crisper position and I don’t have an oil sprayer. But I made a pesto dipping sauce and it was fantastic! I’ll heat up the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. No more oil spatter! I’m so happy. Thanks again.
exactly what I needed! I have that same round Ninja Foodi. Can't find a basket for it, did not come with one, but I have the crisper plate. I bought my calamari, same brand as you, at Walmart. I was surprised to see a one-pound bag for just under 6 bucks. I'm gonna try this tomorrow! My calamari is frozen! A quick question? Making in batches. I'm thinking, I'll have to see but I won't need to oil the crisper plate as much will I for the 2-nd and 3-rd batch? I'm going to try and just thaw out half the bag. I ate a lot of fried calamari when I was stationed in Madrid Spain. Most of it was rubbery! I thought that was normal. LOL Thanks for your help. Any more advice? I appreciate it!

The perfect video for me since I have a hard time air frying anything that is breaded. I love calamari. 😊 Bonus

Where can I get your cookbook? That way I have those recipes in one spot.
Looks so yummy but myself do not like it to me so rubbery the ones i try thanks so very much
I agree and the way to prevent that is don't overcook them! That is why the cooking time is so short. You can even try one at 5 minutes.
No to seed oils imho
Listen carefully.... she said avocado oil......😀
Wish I was your neighbor….mmmmm
As much food as I have leftover I wish you were too!
