  • Our South African Safari brought us to Lion Sands Game Reserve's River Lodge (part of the Sabi Sands Game Reserve) for the most memorable travel experience of our lifetime! Not only were the lodge and facilities the most exquisite and luxurious hotel stay we have ever had, we also had the absolute best tracker and guide for our game drives! We saw every animal we came to see - including all of the big 5 within the first 24 hours - and more! Also we had the scariest experience of our lives when while on a bush walk. We were learning to track animals using footprints, scat, hair and broken branches when a lioness attacked a Nyala directly in front of us!

    Hi. We are going to Lion Sands Tinga Lodge next week for our honeymoon. Super excited! Did you have the same guide and tracker each day? In addition to monetary tips we'd like to give souvenir from our home (San Diego) just getting an idea of if we have different guides and trackers each day. TIA

      Congratulations!!! You are going to absolutely love it! Yes, we had the same butler, guide and tracker every day. I wish we had thought to bring something from our hometown! What a great idea.

      @@tiffanyriley3162 oh so jealous you are going to the Seychelles! Never been. Cape Town was fantastic - we have a video on that too. We had a great driver named Craig B. with Tours by Locals and we loved our time with him. Wine tour is a must do!

      Thought since we are flying all the way over might as well see as much as we can. City, safari, beach honeymoon lol. We do have wine tours planned, penguins and cage diving. So ready to go since it's been postponed the past two years.

    Very nice video. Can you share the approximate cost of the trip ? How to book such trips ? N e suggestion for good travel agency for such safari?

      Hi there! We booked directly through MORE (www.more.co.za/lionsands/) for the Safari and Cape Town portion of our trip. The prices vary depending on the time of year you go and whether they have specials. At the time we booked there was a special 25% off if you booked at two of their properties. We planned and booked our flights on our own so we saved a little money there, but the MORE company can do all of that for you. They were wonderful to work with and the experience was just amazing. Highly recommended. Enjoy!

      @@kindaclassytravel May I ask, usually when you guys Book a Tour, do you have to make the *FuLL Payment* before the Trips even Started!?

    • @kindaclassytravel
      @kindaclassytravel  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@anastasiaana1583 it depends on the company, but yes that it typical. Usually it is a deposit followed by a payment in full closer to the trip date.
