Agreed. I also think about a great attitude, good working relationships with colleagues, and be mindful on what you say at work.
I will go the extra mile. Having an ownership mentality, volunteering for extra tasks, and taking pride in the work I deliver.

I've learned many things (because my company wanted me in 2 different roles) so now I'm able to bring on the work for two people when is necessary! Not many in my company can do this at the moment! For example during the first lockdown in Italy I was one of the persons who continued to work and not was in home

How to make yourself indispensable at work? Work for lesser pay than your colleagues and do what they can twice as fast, that how. :)

It sounds like a wrong workplace for you. But never stop learning. Maybe one day their management style will change or if you can find a workplace that support their employee to grow together (this sounds a bit tough especially this year).
