- Hi Everyone!
I worked on this project last year and it is still one of the worst patios I have seen. So, I thought I would put it out there again for those of you who haven't seen it. What an amazing transformation. Beautiful stone was hidden under years of moss and dirt. This elderly couple was finally able to step out and enjoy their cute patio and safely walk up there paver walkway.

I thought it was pretty on the top of the wall but the sides and floor I agree, it can be extremely slippery.

I'd definitely say most criticism isn't really criticism. Just another excuse to say bs. I personally do it on movie reviews that are naturally dog shit and I just want the audience score to lower 😂
@@Rey_del_Kenpo I agree most complaints are ridiculous lol. Videos causing motion sickness is something that could actually effect the channel. I only saw one complaint anyways, which he responded to politely. The fans were acting like sharks.
Do you fill the joints in the pavement after cleaning with sand or do you leave them empty?
He has a really good power washer. Most residential power washers don't clean that well, or maybe just the one I own.😁

Wonderful work. I have a huge area and I remember the first year I bought my pressure easher. Before I started I spent a few sessions with a trowel removing all the moss (a waste of time as the pressure washer just gets rid of it. It took me 8 separate days/sessions for 1 - 3 hours this Spring already do to all the areas but such a difference. It is very rewarding work.
This outdoor area has too much shade, and that's most likely why the moss grows uncontrollably. Getting more sunshine is the best remedy! GREAT VIDEO 👍😁

Yeah it does,I use to walk on em. At my family members place. An never had an issue or problem. With it I would walk to the end and back. Not once did I slip cuz of the moss. Or something like that. Besides giving my family member a scare a few times. But in the end I was very careful about what I was doing. Held up to my weight too.

Even though we’ve had 2 winters of good rain, we must still be mindful of the drought here in California, USA, and I guess they would frown on using that much water! It’s still more satisfying than sweeping and I find it very relaxing .

Только есть одна проблема, мох вернется через 1-2 месяца, а может даже меньше, если конечно, после влажной уборки вы не обработали или не покрыли камень специальным средством. 🤔
Особенно это касается и деревянного забора. у вас на канале видел или нет. Но факт остается фактом, мох вернется тем более на влажную поверхность.

You are setting yourself some challenges, but obviously ones that needed doing. 2:31, interesting to see the paving colors used on that wall. I haven't seen this video before but it is a good standard regarding how much a transformation can do and restore. Nice Before and After comparisons.

Do you let the customers know they need to re-sand to stop erosion and to keep the pavers locked?
Normally I do. In this particular project the home owner decided to have a company apply poly sand after the cleaning.
No drainage they will always have that problem
Either I'm having extreme deja vu or I've seen this exact property cleaned before.

I enjoyed your video a lot. Thanks. One small hint for your cleaning process though, always work from top to bottom otherwise you will have to keep going over the same areas again and again. Great job though. 😊🎉
