An Epic Fully Loaded Veggie Macaroni Salad

RETURN OF THE MAC!!!! Today I'm laying down the law on some macaroni salad. Pasta salads have a special place in my heart. Here's a favorite. Fully loaded with vegetables.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
16oz Bag of Uncooked Macaroni
2 Celery Stalks - Diced
2 Carrots - Diced
1 Cup - Red Onion - Diced
8 Mini Sweet Peppers - Diced
1/4 Cup - Chopped Parsley
2 Tbsp - Olive Oil
2 Tbsp - Kosher Salt
2 Tbsp - Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp - Italian Seasoning
1 tsp - Smoked Paprika
1 tsp - Black Pepper
2 1/2 - 3 Cups of Mayo of Choice
1 Tbsp - Mustard of Choice
