So as a hvac engineer in Aec construction industry i have to deal with different clients and coworkers who aren't easy to work with especially the know it all people and those who have huge ego.. they just tend to sometimes spoil our mood and take the project in slower direction by following age old methods of practice and resist the need for adaptable change which is a must.. other thing is i want to achieve massive growth faster in corporate world without being stuck in mediocrity or dependent on gaining years of experience which limits our growth in terms of earning...

So on the first part… you can often see a better way to do things, but everyone else wants to keep doing it the old way…
You need to find your first opportunity to do it your way.
Whether it’s a job where you’re on your own, or a client who responds to the phase “Look. I don’t know if it’ll be for you but… instead of installing I think your home would really benefit from I’ve been trialling. I think I can get the job done faster, save you 20% on the install and get you cheaper bills for life>… “ Or a moment where you say to your boss “Can we try it this way today? I know it’s new and it’ll feel weird, but I really think it’ll be faster and save you money in the long run.” Get to ONE success. THEN you leverage that to say “remember when we did it like this with Mr Peterson? That’ll work here too…”

For the second part… Do the first part first. And you’re building stories for the team leader job interview. “I realised we could improve service to our clients AND save on business costs if we did XYZ. I persuaded 2 clients to go that way, then persuaded my boss longer term. Now we ALWAYS recommend XYZ to clients as an option. About 40% of them take it up and we’re creating real momentum behind the approach.”
That enough to get started?! Happy to talk more if you’d like to book a call.

How can i become a leader without a title as engineer early on in my career also which people & communication skills might help in getting there or am i missing something which is under rated when it comes to increasing my potential salary and growth in career...

Leading without a title comes down to doing the things a leader WITH a title needs to do.
      1. Understand what’s going on
      2. Figure out what needs to happen
      3. Work with people to make it happen.
None of those things rely on a title.
What’s going on in your team?
What’s something that needs to change?
How can YOU move things towards that change? Get people on side? Propose something to your boss? Ask to take a lead in making it happen….
Then you have a story to tell in an interview for the leadership job with the title….
